Today (Saturday, 8/1/25) I came to this location to get a new phone for my son and I. I was assisted by a young man named Yessir. During the process of transferring my sons previous information to the new phone, we ran into some unforseen complications, which Yessir handled with extreme patience, courtesy, and professionalism! Even when I became frustrated, he kept me calm and reassured me that he would find a way to rectify the situation, and he did! My son and I just left the store, both with brand new phones and I cannot explain how thankful I am for Yessir's assistance. I really didn't expect to find that level of customer service here in the Bronx, because most times I'm met with attitudes and impatience, but not here! Yessir is amazing and dedicated to helping the customer in any and every way he can. Thank you Yessir!!!
