went inside to get a new phone they said it would be ready in an hour came back in an hour they said it wasnt even close to done which is fine i couldnt wait wanted a refund paid $180 for the product got back $170 they took $10 dollars off for putting on the glass protector. Now I didnt tell them to put it on right there and then, they did it before even trying to download from phone to phone they should have waited for everything to be complete before they did that. So the manager came said to me I am going to have to pay the $10 dollars that he did me a favor because he didnt charge me for the set up fee was $35 for one thing and $25 for another. Now heres the deal I was not told about these fees if i was i wouldnt have done it i took care of 4 Samsung phones switching over the information my self did it within 30 minutes the only reason i let them do it is because i had no time to do it myself. So i gave them the $10 or else they would NOT have given me my money back but thats ok we live and learn just please before you do anything in this store LEARN ABOUT THE FEES!!! and try to do the phones yourselves its free and its easy to do. PS I was already an existing customer.

The staff were friendly. The lady who helped me was more than happy to answer all of my questions. However, there was half eaten food on one of the counters and the music was so loud that i couldn't really hear that well. Also being that it's outside the train station made it more difficult to hear. But overall, my experience wasn't so bad.

This is the worse store ever ! If you buy a phone & there's no reception they don't believe you or help you . The store manager is extremely ratchet & ghetto . The employees are young & couldn't care less . It's a true disgrace !
