Was really impressed with this repair shop. Pleasant staff, super nice office area. Work area very clean. Easy paperwork process ; they even had a relationship with my rental car company to allow me to leave my rental there when the repairs were completed. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs repair service!

Picked up my car today from Boston Road Collision after two weeks and I must say that the entire process was seamless. Michelle at the front desk was super thorough and professional; before my car even arrived at the shop she called me to confirm that she was expecting me, she also kept me updated the entire time. The technicians who worked on my car …Eric and Joel did a great job. I will be returning for basic car maintenance needs. Thank you guys!

Absolutely sad and truly a letdown of service. I was informed that I should come back next week that everything regarding the store and customers would be more easily accessible and more manageable With the time they had on hand. I’m now being told that they now they can’t do that because “we apparently can’t fix and put back a car together because we don’t want to”. I was completely dumbfounded and shocked by the answer, so I asked “why then would you waste my time ask me to come back later at a certain time, just to deny the service I came and asked about 1week ago?” but I understand some places clearly reinforce the unprofessionalism. I don’t understand how place could fall in quality of Customer Care within a year. But let it be a heads up Your experience greatly depends on these workers day and how well it went if you’re looking for a place that is willing to maintain a business professional attitude throughout the whole process with great communication look elsewhere unfortunately, my greatest teacher was my last mistake and this mistake of coming here or recommending this establishment will never happen again

I was referred to Boston Road Collision to fix my vehicle by my insurance Company. Called and spoke with Michelle, what a refreshing phone call I had. I cannot wait to meet this amazing voice in person. Human connection is vital when speaking to customers.

BRC restored my 1974 Pontiac Ventura Custom GTO in 2012 & have been going there since. They just installed rear leaf springs on my 1987 Chrysler Fifth Avenue. Great job; looks and rides better now! Getting into a car accident is never fun and downright traumatic. Having to do repairs through insurance lead me to this shop. Trying to find an honest shop in the Bronx to do work is an entire different battle. This shop seemed to have the best rating based on all the options that were offered to me through insurance network shops and thus I took the leap of faith.
My worries were in vein because this shop is that ONE needle in a hay stack. Shop is clean, staff is professional and their work is authentic. Vehicle had front end damage and needed a replacement bumper among other things. Not only did this shop do a REALLY GREAT job at repairing the vehicle, but they got it back to me before the estimated repair time. Furthermore, they washed it and had it looking extremely clean on pick up day. First impressions truly do make a lasting impact and if ever I need any work done on my vehicle, I would not hesitate to return to the crew at Boston Road Collision. For anyone worried about finding a trusted shop to repair your vehicle, these guys are legit.

Boston Road Collision, this was the first time having my car serviced at this collision shop. If I should ever need any work done on car, this would be the only place I will bring my car to. Their work is excellent the team there was pleasant and professional. The receptionist and the reception area was very nice. I only have, but nice things to say about this shop. I would recommend this shop to friends and family. Keep up the great work guys?

There are two reasons I highly recommend Boston Road Collision. First, the workers take pride in their work and the finished product is excellent. And, the job was finished before the estimated date. Secondly, they have excellent customer service. Every person that I interacted with, was extremely courteous. I was keep informed about the progress of my repair status.
