Honestly this is a low budget television repair shop. Lousy service. I took my television for repair n 2 months later I got tired of waiting for my part to come in n it was always a excuse. Terrible.

This tv repair place is absolutely absurd. Tj the owner has yelled at me for asking him a question as to when I can expect my tv repair. Continued to scream and insult me in his shop. Save yourself do not come to this shop. I have never experience such poor workmanship in my life. I demanded a refund as I did not want to deal with his service any longer. SAVE YOURSELF DO NOY ENTER THIS SHOP

Let me begin with a message to Boston TV Service. Karma is a real thing! You cannot continue to rip people off without repercussions! I usually read reviews on products and services. This time I didn't and ended up losing money. After calling Samsung and confirming that a bulb had blown in my TV, I took it to Boston TV and they reconfirmed. After 2-3 weeks I picked up my TV, took it home and it was perfect for about a week and a half. Brought it back and Boston said they would check it. The repair shop worker called me the next day and said he spoke with the company who supplied his bulbs. He gave me some story about an issue with the bulbs. Yeah right! At this point I knew there was going to be trouble. Well, the shop called me today saying there was a problem. Now my TV had vertical and horizontal lines on the screen. Didn't even get half of my money back and on top of that Boston tried to keep my TV saying I could leave it since he knew I was going to throw it out. At this point all I can say is Wow! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! CONSUMER AFFAIRS! DON'T GO NEAR THIS PLACE!! Too bad he's not smart enought to do things correctly and have people recommend him to others thus allowing his business to grow!
