Had troubles with my old car and really going through a tough time. Other dealerships were rude and rushed me. However here at Honda of the Bronx, I had an amazing time working with Victor ! He truly is a great sales rep who took his time to make sure I was happy with my deal and got me the car I wanted. I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me and presented a kind, personable and family oriented demeanor to me. Like the uncle you always wanted. After the purchase, I still love my car very much, runs like a dream. People agreed I got a good price and deal. Thanks Victor! you the man!

SEE MY RESPONSE TO HONDA, AT BOTTOM OF REVIEW.The WORST auto dealership.Called, after a dozen tries and 45 minutes someone answers.I had a question about a warranty. The person that I was finally connected to stated to me that if I didn't have my 'paper' warranty, he couldn't help me. He further stated that since I purchased the car a couple of years ago, all the paperwork was in 'another building' and that he will not help because it would 'take a long time'.Are you serious??When I questioned what that meant for me and the info I needed, he hung up on me.I called back and I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and was disconnected.I tried calling again. They were actually ignoring my number. I know because I tried for 20 minutes. It was only after I called on another phone line, did someone pick up.They now stated to call the 'parts dept.' for an answer to my warranty question. One hour of attempts and messages no answering or call back.NOTHING.I did request to speak to a manager, several times, and was never given the courtesy.Two hours of frustration for a simple question/answer.I ultimately called Honda in Stamford Connecticut.A total of 2 minutes to call and get my answer. TWO MINUTES!Bravo Stamford Honda.I was previously a Chevrolet owner. They always treated me exceptionally.I will never buy a HONDA again.***Response to Honda:It does makes sense. Look at your reviews to see ALL the many similar complaints about Bronx Honda.Everything I stated was 100% accurate. I WAS told that I needed my paper copy of the warranty. I did waste hours with you, for a simple answer. And I did get an answer to my question from Stamford Honda in two minutes...which you were unwilling to do after many, many attempts.Perhaps you should fix your company's problem and stop making empty responses to critique.Also, shame on you for your 'negative' reference to your sister dealer, Stamford Honda. You should be guided by their ability to run a company efficiently not by childish competition."Hello, corporate?"

Had concerns about a recall. The service department staff are very professional and helpful. Fully inspected car and updated me along the way. Diana, Nick and Latoya were exceptional. Thanks for the professionalism displayed. I would definitely use this shop for my service needs.

Peter was great and patient with me on my journey with my new car. Appreciate the service and attention! Thank you!! He took the time to find out what I was looking for despite me being indecisive. Either way a car is a big decision and he let me know exactly when my car came in, sent me pictures and everything. The process was smooth and he was reassuring. I've been to several dealerships and being here was a great experience. Thank you, Peter for your help and attention to detail!! All other reps were super friendly, too.

Everything went well and smoothly. The only thing I didn't like was your sellers need to have more knowledge of how the cars operate. I paid over 40 k for my car and the seller didn't have the knowledge or decency of showing me or educating me on how the features of the car works.i have my car for 4 months and I'm still trying to figure out how the car works on ELECTRIC vs. the gas. No run through at all. It's a hybrid car. But I need hybrid education. But the seller I beat knows how to calculate his commission. Let's see if Honda has the decency in calling me in to educate me on the features of the car. But the service was awesome.

I will not recommend this place at all. I had to continue making payments on my Nissan for 2 months while i was making sure i don't miss payments on the new lease i got from that place. My sales person did not follow up on the paper work accordingly. My wife and I are very frustrated. My plan is not to renew my lease from this location. Very bad experience from this car dealer. I wish we had stayed with Nissan.

horrible buying experience with an employee named Ivan at Bronx Honda. I don’t have the best credit, and he explained he would pull some strings and ensure I walked out with the CR V I wanted. I explained I wanted the base model, the cheapest one. When he returned after talking to his manager and chief financial officer, he explained they only had the fully loaded version, which was twenty thousand dollars more than the base. He could smell my desperation, and I took the bait, hook, line, and sinker. Disappointed that Bronx Honda uses extortion tactics to scam customers.

The service was really amazing. They will get you what ever car you need with a really good rate. They do all the work for you!! My sales person Miss Edmonds is amazing I recommend you go to her if looking for a Lease or finance. 5 stars

I went there the other night close to closing but I felt the salesman was rude and was rushing the experience. I didn't get his name but he was kinda tall compared to me,stocky and looked Hispanic. I mention that I had shopped around and had a quote to see if could give me a quote w a better price or match and he said he couldn't change the price since he didn't know how they got that number.Beware Honda shoppers - avoid this dealership!

We’re officially first time car owners thanks to Ivan Chavez and Bronx Honda! We visited a couple of Honda dealerships and interacted with different salespeople, but enjoyed our experience and interactions with Ivan the most. He was friendly and personable, and kept it real with us to find our ideal car in a crazy car market. As first time car buyers, we had many questions and Ivan was so patient with us and answered our questions outside of work hours. He kept in touch and kept us updated on incoming inventory. We were finally able to walk out with our brand new CRV yesterday after a painless process! Thank you for being apart of our first car purchasing process!

I can’t recommend this dealership enough. I had a difficult situation and had to return my leased vehicle, so I went to Bronx Honda. Nanci & Jerzy were so amazingly helpful and were able to work with me, exceeding my expectations and giving me the most stress free experience EVER. I recommend them 10/10!
