Employees at the oil change they try to play games of ur car take 5 oil bottles they try to put 4 and half bottles Also prices is too high oil bottles it coast 4$ they charge u 20$ almost 120$ for oil change

I had high hopes but it was a disappointment they wouldn't vacuum the trunk at all I had to enter 2 times and there still stains in my car the staff just said talk to that guy I lost 30 min just to go somewhere else again not worth the money at all dont waist your time

I had high hopes when I visited Bronx River Lube for an oil change, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Mind you that some of the staff knows me because I’m a frequent customer. But it seems they are under new management.
The customer service at Bronx River Lube left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifferent and borderline rude staff (new supervisor). The person behind the counter (male) seemed uninterested in answering basic questions about the oil change process and was more focused on their phone than helping customers. I had to ask multiple times for details about the services they were offering, and it felt like I was bothering them just by being there. He said “you should of asked before you drove the car in” when just simple wanted to know if they used extra oil on my vehicle and deduct the filter price since I brought my own. He said I don’t have to show you anything just pay and go man. I mentioned to him if you go to eat to a restaurant you look at the receipt and then pay is the same concept but he said pay man. Which I did. I reported to him that the staff conducting the oil change to my car was not familiar and pulled a floor panel unintentionally which he he said it came like that. And said again just leave man. If cameras are check. I was calm throughout the entire interaction but he was being rude by raising his voice to me and the staff and said just leave you are done. At this point I decided to leave because it was pointless. While was talking to the supervisor. Someone messed with one of my tire. This is sad and dangerous practice.
3 years coming to this business and today was my last day.

Stay far away from this place... they will damage your car , after my car wash ... they pulled my car out parked it .. and pulled the emergency parking break back so far they damaged my parking.. I asked the lady why she would have to use my emergency parking break... she pretended she didn't speak English and then ignored me , and the manager was an even bigger creep, rude looked like he wanted to fight me .. and basically told me .. that he didn't care and he wasn't going to do anything to make the situation better... this place is terrible !!!!

Just brought my truck into wash today. Inside and out, they barely even had the decency to wipe the inside properly. Not the first time, been coming here for years because they were once good. Not anymore, tired of paying money for a clean car that doesn't come back clean. Horrible service.

Don’t go there. Just changed oil and without even leaving the place the car started getting over heated and they won’t even look at it. They just said take the car to mechanic.

I always go here to get my car detailed. There’s usually never an issue sometimes I have to just point out a few things that didn’t get vacuumed but underneath the baby’s seat. Today when I went they used dirty rags that smelled like they were left laying around wet. Carwash’ should have clean rags and should use new rags on every car when they detail the interior. I brought it to their attention and they tried to fix it by spraying air freshener in the car and the smell was still really strong of the wet rags. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again and hopefully the owner takes into consideration that there needs to be more rags available for workers to use on different cars especially in the summer months.

So disappointed to find my ashtray with at least 8.00 in quarters missing. The quarters were difficult to remove, so they took the whole ashtray. I realize they are not responsible for items left in vehicle and I should not have left it in there, but I've been going there for years, always buy an expensive Armorall wash and I tip very well. So be warned, do not leave anything of value when doing business here. I'll never go back and will notify my neighbors in Woodlawn who also do business here.

Been coming here for years. I came today for oil change and car wash. After oil change I went for car was was they always have a separate line so u don’t have to wait. The guy in front of me got his car wash. They had me waiting 20-30 min attending every car. People that were there after me. Spoke to manager his excuses was everyone out to lunch. Didn’t even speak English smh. Lost a customer
