From the time I entered the doors of Bruckner Collison I felt that my vehicle was in capable hands because of the comforting and accommodating customer service. So much so that I didn't feel the need to keep calling them to check on my vehicle. When they gave me the estimate of when my vehicle would be ready it was ready and when I picked up my vehicle, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the work that was done. I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them to others. There was not one person that I encountered did i have a negative experience with at Bruckner Collison.

From start to finish this team was more than helpful and made a not so great situation easy to navigate. They coordinated my rental car pickup while my car was being repaired and communicated when I needed updates. I picked up my vehicle and it looked brand new Will was helpful at the time of pick up and the customer service was top tier

They did a good job and the staff was ok, but it took them way longer to give me back my car, from 1 week it turns to 4, and every day was "tomorrow", now the rental company asking to charge me extra for it....

I cannot begin to say enough good things about the entire team at Bruckner Collision. We had the steering wheel sawed off of our brand new Honda CRV. We were recommended to them by Geico.
We were met with wonderful communication by Jocelyn to initially coordinate towing, followed up by Will walking us through damage to our car to JoAnn helping with paperwork, Chris helping facilitate with communication and negotiation with Geico and Cristian keeping us updated. I didn’t know a car shop could be so helpful and customer focused. Thank you all!!

OMG these are the nicest ppl in the auto body world. So giving of information that you can't help but want to come here for EVERYTHING. Pricing is affordable if you are coming out of pocket.
I needed help with my car and without charging me they were able to make a quick fix so that I was safe and not just sending me on the road to figure it out. I then needed a jump for my card and immediately they ran inside. Got a booster and helped me out. There were no questions asked. Only smiles and help with given. I would absolutely come here for anything that I need done to do with my car. I would go here before I went anywhere else. Honestly they were amazing.
