I would give it 4 stars but I was on line to pay for over an hour. If my son really didn't want the items I purchased I definitely would have never waited and left the store like other customers did.

This Burlington is very slow. The people working the counter seem to be sleeping. I will never come here again. I stood in line for over an hour.

Terrible. Line is always huge and only 2 workers are on the registers. Wait time in the line minimum 2 hours.

Lines are huge they have 10 cashiers and only one is working the waiting is 2 hours or more not matter what they you go. Customer service is horrible.

Super long lines. Cashiers average 4-7 minutes with each customer.

Been waiting on the line for an hour. Out of 10 registers only 2 are open. Employees move slow on the register. Be prepared to spend some time on line waiting.

Very bad experience ….long line with less cashiers…. It’s very difficult specially with the kids ……… I will never go to this place again …. Long time wait I have been experienced more then hour n half 👎🏻

Around 9 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience at Burlington. My fiancé and I were paying separately at different registers. The cashier at register #5 raised her voice at him, ordering him to come and pay with me at one register, even though we didn’t know about this rule. She spoke in a loud and commanding tone in front of all the customers, which was extremely rude and unprofessional.
When I asked from register #6 what was happening, she completely ignored me and continued giving orders to her coworkers in the same rude manner.
I felt terribly embarrassed and disrespected by the way we were treated. When I approached her to talk, she just made excuses and didn’t even apologize.

The is the biggest Butlington I've been so, I didn't explore the other floor. They had a great selection of women's close but the dressing room was closed during my visit.

Don go here the lines are long and the people running it never care to add more people. I was on a line for more than an hour and the register girls were laughing and taking their time . Horrible service

I hate the store. It’s always overly crowded there was two cashiers and the line wrapped around the store and you can never find anything or anyone to help. I don’t know if all burlingtons are like the one here but it makes me not want to ever visit another butlington
