My first time I went to Burlington store here in co op city it is a mess. Men and women coats all together that it looks like a storm hit the store. Then I went to the Burlington in Yonkers and it is 100 times more organized than the one in co op city.

So this store has a large selection of items. The major issue is the disorganization. It’s horrible! Incredibly messy. I’m not sure if it’s the customers being messy or the staff unable to keep up with the sheer amount of items and the store being so large.
So, overall, Good selection - great prices - poor organization , which leads to having to dig through some messes to find your exact style and measurements.

The racks were very unorganized I couldn't find anything in a reasonable time when I got into the line to check out one of the employees was cussing the customers for not coming up and checking out so she can go home at 10:00 when they closed and she was talking major crap how she wasn't going to stay until 11:00 because she was waiting on customers because they didn't know how to come and get in line and check out I say if she's that unhappy she needs to find another job

My Last minute go to when I need a quick outfit for myself or the kids. I recommend going as soon as it opens to avoid the long line. Give yourself time most items are in different areas.
Example: I’ll find toddlers clothes in the newborn section.

Firstly, the lines are way too long and extremely slow-moving. I stood in line for over an hour which is absolutely ridiculous — shame on me for that. However, the store is a mess and some employees are just plain out rude. I'm not expecting great service but I'm also not expecting a rude demeanor when challenging a discrepancy on the tag. It's obvious that your employees are burnt out and underpaid. Clearly, this company puts more resources in Loss Prevention than actually supporting your front-line employees. Do better, Burlington.
This would be my second 1-star review for Burlington.
