it is clean only thing that is too much is the line is too long to purchase your stuffs. that is anytime the season . Reason there is always sales, good sales . staffing is very nice. helpful.

I shop there very often as I work nearby, customer service is terrible! They are so mean. They never have bags. The attitude of the employees and management says a lot. The guards are pretty nice.

Products was good and well qualified no doubt but the customer service was the Worst. Waited for 30 minutes but nobody come to the section that I were in. Even when 1 of'em came after a long time, given extremely rude behavior and answers to my parents. They should be fired on spot. It happens in the Bronx 3rd Ave store. So disappointed. Who cares about the products, if the customer service is that horrible.

The service is good, but the problem is they don't have restrooms; it's a place where you spend hours! 2. Getting to the third floor is inconvenient because you have to carry your shopping cart up or take the escalator down. One day someone is going to have an accident. 3. The security guard is rude; if you ask him something, he answers with a terrible attitude or doesn't answer at all. 😒

Let me start off by saying the toddler area is none excitant. I found one thing, and the line was all the way to the back, reaching the clothing area, and the biggest problem is the cashiers and the lack of real management they focus more on security having you wait to get in and having security uncomfortably fallowing you everyone from the beginning gets treated like a criminal.
