Every review is wrong, the place is awfully clean, their are no roaches and the staff is very helpful, the machines are in good use only some are out of order but u can use the machines very well. The manager is always cleaning and is always ready to take care of a leakage or any other issue.

The staff is very full of themselves and swear they are both owners and yet working at some Madison Avenue firm. The place itself is huge albeit far too many of the machines are inoperative and linger for days in that state. Washing and drying within there otherwise is fine.

Staffs are so helpful when I needed help. very pleased to wash my stuff. Great experience!
