Last night I went to the Capital One Bank in my area. Every time I go to this bank there is something suspicious going on but it is the only location in my area. Even when the bank is open, there is so much going on. I try to go late at night or early morning, thinking that no one will be hanging around. Well, this night took the cake. I needed to make a deposit and there was a man inside. I didn't know what he was doing but I figured I would take a picture in case anything happened. As soon as I walked in the man tells me, not to take any pictures of him, and that I needed to hurry up and get out, he had a right to be there and I didn't. Then proceeded to tell me that the Bank and the Police know that he's there and that they don't have a problem with it, he said he's not hiding. Then he continued on his rant, cursing me out, and threatening me. Then I left, as I waited for a cab I see all these people that are connected to him, one woman was hiding outside the bank, then two more women came and he let them in the bank. They went inside to talk to him, then they left. He even tried to lure me back inside the bank by telling the woman outside to ask me if I left my bank card inside by the garbage can. Needless to say I'm done with Capital One, between this episode and their payment processing issue they were having its, time to find a less chaotic bank.

Was asked how I can be helped, then the associate walks off without saying excuse me lol. One staff on a Friday afternoon is just laughable. This place embodies the term GHETTO, do better! Twiddling your fingers, opening and closing laptops and making small talk, get busy!

I don’t have a regular savings or checking account but my credit card is covered by Capital Bank and it’s great and efficient to deal with. No issues with getting into my account at anytime. But I also never miss payments or or max my card. Always try to park my balance or at least the statement balances.

Worst BANK. Worst SERVICE. I taught this would be a great bank to open an account. But the first day I open the account, I was locked out from it. And I cannot even use my own phone number to verify. I also did use my ID to verify, but it never complete the process and I cannot access anything. When I talked to a representative, they say I would have to wait 30 days or try again in a week. What kind of service it this? TO LOCK OUT USER RIGHT AWAY FROM THEIR OWN ACCOUNT.

You cannot get in or out of this bank without walking into someone with the stupid ramp they put at the entrance. I guess they are trying to slow down bank robbers by controlling pedestrian flow, but in the age of Covid-19 you don’t want people to walk into you. A rude man insisted on doing so, almost pushing me because he didn’t want to wait until I exited. There is only space for one person to walk at a time!
