I don’t have a regular savings or checking account but my credit card is covered by Capital Bank and it’s great and efficient to deal with. No issues with getting into my account at anytime. But I also never miss payments or or max my card. Always try to park my balance or at least the statement balances.

Worst BANK. Worst SERVICE. I taught this would be a great bank to open an account. But the first day I open the account, I was locked out from it. And I cannot even use my own phone number to verify. I also did use my ID to verify, but it never complete the process and I cannot access anything. When I talked to a representative, they say I would have to wait 30 days or try again in a week. What kind of service it this? TO LOCK OUT USER RIGHT AWAY FROM THEIR OWN ACCOUNT.

They're customer service is so terrible and so slow....they need new workers cause the one there are very unorganized.

You cannot get in or out of this bank without walking into someone with the stupid ramp they put at the entrance. I guess they are trying to slow down bank robbers by controlling pedestrian flow, but in the age of Covid-19 you don’t want people to walk into you. A rude man insisted on doing so, almost pushing me because he didn’t want to wait until I exited. There is only space for one person to walk at a time!

BEWARE OF THIS BANK ! I only use this bank to withdraw money from the ATM from a prepaid card and I got an email notification that money was withdrawn from another Capital One bank. How is that possible if I'm the only one that has my prepaid card and information. Obviously these ATM's are not safe. Also because the scammers were able to withdraw the money they also made other transactions. And no I do not use my prepaid card for online shopping or even in store shopping.
