Extremely incompetent, how does a an ATM take the money and bug out and not deposit money, and when asking the bank workers they say the ATM is part of a different company and they can’t do anything and to call a number which will leave me with no money til they decide to post it, so they don’t have anyone with any knowledge of dealing with ATM problems? Also a capital one ATM doesn’t belong to Capital One? Ya might as well separate the ATM from the bank if you can’t do anything about it.

Slow service, very dirty and lack of help. They need to hire more clerks and another security guard cause hello this location is very dangerous. Cleaning service also .. Thank you for taking my money appreciate it.

Customer service so bad I had appointment at 11 am I get there 10:45 they told me to wait until 11 and wait until 11 but they didn’t take it on time until 11:48am??

The tellers are very disrespectful to customers sometimes there are four/ five people on waiting on lines and they just walked away from window all of them at once. You only see this happen in poor neighborhoods you never will see this happen below 96 street in Manhattan

The teller told me I had to produce Identification to deposit a check that was stamped with the Business Name and Account Number into a Business Account to complete the transaction. She was very misinformed. ?

This is what you will get. Your life and your money is not acknowledged. I called to file a complaint they told me to wait 20 days. Received call from branch manager and was concerned why the superior did not reach out. He share he just called me because I requested. I did not requested the called I wanted his superior to call to discuss the matter. The bank is dangerous and our life's and money are being at risk and the bank management could not do much if they don't make a plan to address the safety of the customers. My children bank and the last thing I want to hear is my child is not alive because she was killed at the bank. Is time for me td o get a call. You have all my details. Not safe

They don’t even deserve one star!!! Always have line with only two windows open out of 6! It’s been 20 mins already waiting in line still two people head of me ! SMH!! One Of the worst branch in the location, someone got to do something please !Back here today 10/25/2021 … same thing smh!!

No long lines for atm . The atm machines was not accepting deposits on 3/8/21. So I had to go inside, which I didn't have to wait since they had two tellers that worked really quick with helping people.
