Went in to open an account instead they made me do it online so I Sat there for an hour and half doing a online application only for it to be a huge waste of time don’t go in person they won’t help you just do it online or go to another branch.

Awful experience. Bank teller was rude and dismissive. A simple exchange of a damaged bill became a rude, disruptive experience and expecting the self described supervisor to better assist was a mistake. Luckily a nearby chase assisted without issue. 5 stars for chase.

Went there to get a certified bank check was in there a hour and they took the money out of my bank account and I never received my certified bank check or the money back into my account as so they claimed .and now have to wait 24 hour to get my money back into my account the teller Ezequiel took like 20-35 min tell me what was going on this unexplainable. According to him his computer went down but his was the only one that went down I contacted the better business bureau because this interaction with this bank in the Wakefield section of the bronx is intolerable

If I can I give a zero. the teller give me a hard times. unprofessional. Do not know what there are doing. I come to this branch five times. Ask to much questions.

Actual Rating: 2.5/5 stars(Google doesn't seem to have a half-star option)---This branch gets some stars for helping me prepare for a small business account, but I'm deducting 2.5 stars for it failing to help me actually open a small business account.I wasn't aware of which documents I needed for this kind of account, so the staff here were quite helpful in making sure I had everything Capital One required from me. However, when I came in for my small business appointment, I was left waiting for several minutes because the person who usually helps customers in the lobby seemed to have been on his lunch break. When he eventually appeared, he immediately tried to help me. He told me to go to a specific bank teller, but when I talked to her she said I needed to reschedule my appointment because I arrived too late for this one.Even though I told her I was out here waiting for a while, she said she didn't see me (which doesn't mean I wasn't there) and I should've just went to a teller as soon as I got there (which I wouldn't have done because there is usually a staff member in the lobby area who assists people who have appointments). I then talked to a supervisor who was polite but went back-and-forth with me about when I actually arrived. This was totally unnecessary because someone could've just looked at the bank's surveillance footage and it would've confirmed what I was saying (or she could've just believed me since she mentioned they were short on staff, and I'm sure this bank must be aware of how they keep people waiting all the time). The supervisor did offer to help me reschedule my appointment for a different day, but I wasn't interested in wasting anymore time with this branch so I declined.This branch's ATM services are fine, but be prepared for a headache if you need help with opening a business account.

After being a customer for over 30 years my husband and I are closing our accounts. The rudeness and unprofessionalism is unnecessary. This branch treats customer s like animals. This is the closest Capital bank to my home. Why didn't they close this branch ?

Over $50,00 was stolen out of my capital one account back in 2020 and I still haven’t received any answers or my money back!! I spoke with the bank manager and was only told that my account was closed. However I was never notified of this. I sent all my info to NYS unclaimed funds correspondence (FDIC) and im still waiting for answers and my money back. I would suggest if you bank with them to take your money out so that you don’t have to go through what I’ve been going through.

Excellent Customer Service! I had a little wait in the beginning. One young lady asked if I needed help. With courtesy and enthusiasm she helped me open an account. ? Amazing how she handled everything in such a timely manner.?
