Worst customer service if you could avoid please do my wife went inside to pay a credit card bill and the representative there looked Spanish so my said do you speak Spanish and he said no this is America pure racist avoid this location

Worst customer service there is . I went inside the bank to make a deposit and machine did not reflect the payment in my account balance…I also didn’t receive a receipt of the deposit. There was a homeless man sleeping in there. I feel very bad he is in those circumstances but he’s inside the bank and it smelled really horrible like pee and vomit I feel like this also affects people’s safety and security. There should be measures taken and regulations in place to protect and provide more.There’s just horrible customer service.

All these complaints are basically true. I went there to open a savings account and what may had looked like the manager was rude to me to because I went to her window when it was closed sucked her teeth and pointed a different direction without looking at me.

I went to the branch about 2 months ago looking to get some info about opening an account. The first thing I noticed was that 2 bank employees were working on a jigsaw puzzle on a table in the middle of the floor, as though they were on their lunch hour!! That's weird, I thought. I stood there a while but they never looked up to ask if I needed help. I went up to a teller and she said I could speak with the banker, pointing to one of the people working on the jigsaw puzzle!! He looked up as though I was interrupting him and then gave me the info I was looking for. Fast forward to today. I have now opened the account and went to make a cash deposit. It was 10:30am and the store was closed! No notice posted to explain why. i returned at 1:30pm and still closed! it's not a bank holiday, y'all!! Whoever the manager is needs a talking to!

Awful customer service. Called to get info on opening an account - the bank officer was hostile throughout the call even though I was requesting basic info that was easily provided by other banks. Definitely helpful in deciding where to avoid doing business.

Customer service complaint filed for this horrible service I received! So sad that capital one was on the phone apologizing for the horrible service I had to experience! This never happens @ park Ave headquarters

Clean and safe store most definitely kid friendly neighborhood. Staff is very nice and informative of all your Bank Needs. Hard to funk parking at times and doubling parking is done a lot at this location

I have a business account with this bank and I arrive at 4:30pm to make a deposit when the bank closes at 5pm. When I get to the Teller named JOSE, I immediately notice his angry face and he tells me "this is not a good time to make a deposit", but I decide not to answer him. He keeps talking in a disrespectful way saying that I have to leave and go to another branch tomorrow. I told him that for my safety I don't want to leave with the money back. JOSE even questioned if I was the owner of the account with another teller, saying that I can't be the owner. When I told him that I was the owner, he was surprised. I complained that he treated me disrespectfully and he just said that this is not a good time to make deposits. I told JOSE that I was late because I had a difficult day and he replied back that HE ALSO HAD A DIFFICULT DAY. People like JOSE can't be working at a bank as good as Capital One. Unlike JOSE, another teller respectfully came to explain to me the reason why after they closed the vault they have a limit of money. Something that I understood immediately.

I wouldn’t say the customer service was up to par the way it should have been. I went to open up an account & credit card and was given very little to no information about the different credit cards they had available. The man whom I believe was the manager or in charge that day seemed annoyed that I was asking multiple questions about an account and credit card that I was going to open at their bank. A few things could have been avoided if when I inquired about the different credit cards they had available, that they would have been more informative instead of just brushing my questions off. To be honest I left thinking I should have went to a different bank entirely. They should really work on their customer service & communication skills. Also, they definitely should be more informative when people ask questions. It’s probably best you go to a different bank location of Capitol one if you have questions because they aren’t informative in this location. It always appears they just want to have an easy breezy day & go home and a bank where people need important information is not the job that you should have that kind of attitude.

Horrible service, I called in the branch for 5 times no one was answering. After 6th attempt teller answered. After transferring to Alex, the banker promised me to verify something than I called Back and the other Lady banker said she will not do it.
No proper greeting over the phone, not mentioning their name, not saying good buy, not thanking for a business, not asking if there anything else they can help. just trying to get rid of you ASAP.
No Basic customer service or people skills.
