Was looking for a throwback black and orange NY Giants baseball cap and I found Hat Heaven online. The reviews on the 'net were a mixed bag so I was a little reticent about placing my order at first. They have a great collection of unique and rare New Era designs at good prices so I went ahead and placed my order for a few caps. Shipping was super fast and I am really impressed with the quality of the items. I haven't tried to return any items so I can't speak to that experience.

worst customer service and don't order online bc there more disrespectful then in store. they automatically think your stealing if asked for a refund or exchange. when let's be serious there just hats that you can go else where for

Caps Unlimited & Hat Heaven are owned by the company and share New Era inventory. This New Era Cap arrived with 2 holes on the right side seam. Hat Heaven & Caps Unlimited must inspect their inventory before selling to consumers. I understand that the stitching may be a New Era Cap defect but it's the responsibility of vendors to inspect the merchandise that they're authorized to sell.I didn't give a 1 star review because I love the selection. 2 stars is because the Caps Unlimited phone number is inactive & had to address the issue here.2 stars is because this is the 2nd order problem in 2 months.

I ordered this hat 12/2/22 and noticed the side patch was crooked. I started the return process through the site and mailed the return in the original packaging on 12/8/22. The hat still had all the original stickers and I used the provided postage from the company. I have inquired numerous times as to status of return and I am told I will receive an automatic email once received by their warehouse. There's no way it should take this long, almost 3 weeks, to ship from Ohio to NYC, and the fact they can't tell me if it's even been received, or track their postage when I received a confirmation text that they were notified it was enroute is suspect. I want a full refund but they will not say anything other than "I will receive an automatic email once the warehouse receives the item and refund will be issues 1-3 days after inspection." This is ridiculous and this company has lost my business even if I do get refunded. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!In response to owner Kevin Chun's reply, if you're not associated with Hat Heaven, then why is that website listed as Caps Unlimited web page in Google, why is Brian Chun listed as HeatHeaven President (Coincidental last name) and why is Caps Unlimited referenced as aka Hat Heaven in almost every YouTube video? Oh, and why is your brick and mortar address listed as location address on Hat Heaven's website shown in attached photo. You people are so full of *ish it's not even funny. DO NOT buy from these people!!!!!!!

I don’t know why I’m seeing any funny reviews .. I’ve been coming to CapsUnlimited on 170 since they opened . Never gave me an issue . Stop trying to tarnish their name . All hats are official !!! And they have 10 times more Hats than Lids and any other hat store out here in the Bronx ....

Bad customer service in store. Went for the first time and everyone looked like we were trying to rob the place no real help. My boy bought 4 hats and that’s when they started acting nicer. Would not go back. Go check out 1515 Diallo.

Just bought a Diamondbacks hat from hat heaven, first time buyer. So disappointed!! The quality is horrible and I had yellowing inside the hat. I’ve seen reviews about this store on YouTube praising this place so I bought. After this experience it just doesn’t add up how there’s good reviews. Just emailed the store for a resolution let’s see how that goes. SMH.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They sell bootleg New Era caps without new era flag logos. The sweat bands inside are cheap, white (supposed to be black), and have no cusion like real New Era hats do. The hats are inconsistent in size. I bought 3 hats all same size but all fit differently. The MLB logo looks like the guy is swinging at a football, the stitching is that bad. Pics now attached for you to see how terribly fake they are.

Extensive selection and great service, perfect to buy for hat collectors but “BEWARE” this store doesn’t have No Return and No Exchange Policy just be careful what you buy for in this store make sure you buy the right hat and size and that’s the reason I’m giving them a 4 stars instead a 5
