You can never, ever go in to do a quick procedure and leave, you always have to spend two hours waiting to update a document, and to add to that, all the advisors get together, they get into a meeting with 9 people waiting outside, it's an INSULT!!!!

WORST BRANCH EVER. WENT TO EXCHANGE BILLS FOR MY EMPLOYER. AFTER HAVING BEEN TO THE BRANCH SEVERAL TIMES, I WAS ASKED FOR ID FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. I TOLD THEM THAT I HAD CAME THE DISTANCE FROM MY SITE TO BE ASSISTED THAT THEY HAVE PEOPLE IN THEIR LOT THAT’S IN THE SUPERMARKET ACROSS & PARKED COMPLETELY WRONG WITH POOR MONITORING. I WAS LITERALLY INCONVENIENCED FOR $200 THAT COULD'VE BEEN DONE IN 2 TRANSACTIONS, WASTED MY TIME TO GO AND COMEBACK ONLY TO BE ASSISTED BY ANOTHER TELLER. MICHAEL, DORIS AND THE CURLY HAIRED TELLER\MANAGER NEED TO BE FIRED PICKING AND CHOOSING WHO THEY ASSIST, HOW THEY ASSIST AND WHAT POLICIES TO UPHOLD.

Good staff: very prompt service and helpful in providing information on my financial needs. Has a large parking lot and has armed guards for protection. I subtracted 1-star because the ATMs here have not been working properly on several visits I had to this branch. overall, a very good location

Please someone from chase corporate just closed this location ATM are now shelters so sad and don't get me started with the outside one if you are ever around this location feel free to use the outside ATM as a restroom don't bother for help the line looks like your waiting for an order that never happened I rather walk to Morris Chase bank way better ATM that works and never a line I seriously would like for this bank to make it more functional for the community but why bother what an embarrassment sad that our neighborhood can have the best smh......

Horrible costumer service.As a 14 year old that wanted to do a cash advance,they made a big deal out of it,even though I had my Passport and Social social security card.I went to several other Chase branches and everything worked out smoothly.They treated me like a 5 year old.Im telling you don’t come here.
