CAME IN TUESDAY 2ND APRIL 2024 AT 748AM USED THE ATM TO WITHDRAW CASH FROM MY EBT CARD AS I USUALLY DO. OH MY GOD IT KEPT SAY DENIED WHEN I CALL MY EBT CUSTOMER SERVICE IT SAY I HAVE NO MONEY IT WAS JUST WITHDRAW OF $90.00 THAT BRANCH THE ATM OUTSIDE IS SKIMMING EBT CARDS. I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT TAKE SOME SORT OF PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT CUSTOMER BECAUSE I ALSO HAVE A CHASE BANK ACCOUNT

This was beyond the worst chase I ever visit from dodging bums at the front door to risking it all by putting my finger in little hole just to get inside the chase . This is totally unacceptable , I should never have to stick my finger in mystery hole risking hepatitis or even worse staph infection please fix your establishment . I think that if the ath area is closed, the duty is to have the lights off so as not to waste time going down in the rain to find out that it is closed, they have nothing to say to the client, we are several people who come to this Check in is 1:30am and they don't have anything to let us know it's closed! It is a lack of ethics and respect for the client who comes from his house here and is closed without anyone knowing!

This place is dangerous and disgusting.They have homeless people camping out ALL DAY holding the door for you and asking for change. Not only that...those homeless people are on the phone with friends on the corner telling them how much you take out from the ATM so they can follow and rob you.That place is absolutely disgusting

If you are looking for a Chase Bank that would provide excellent customer service, outstanding professionalism, and detailed information, then I donot recommend this Chase Bank. Today, I spoke to one of a bank representatives named, Perla due to needing documentations. Instead of her providing me a printed document which includes the steps that I would need to be able to obtain power of attorney. Moreover, she lacked of empathy, verbally dismissed my question, did not take copies the documentations I had and did not provide me further information regarding “power of attorney” as she mentioned. I highly donot recommend this bank due to the lack of training that the staff has, no information provided to customers, and lack of customer service.

If I can give this fucking bank a negative rating for DISCRIMINATING me and being SEXIST, I would. Fuck out of here, Chase Employees in this bank are mostly females and JUST BECUASE I am a 25 year old male who looks 18 (Basically young) they made me feel like I was a scammer. The embarrassment these bitches put me through is insane. I couldn't even take out money. They kept beating around the bush trying to make it seem like I am under someone's account when it is LITERALLLy my own. Its insane. Then I called customer service Fraud Alert and the stupid idiot hung up on me when I was trying to explain to him. See you motherfuckers in court
