This branch location has been diminishing over the last few years when it comes to customer convenience and availability. I have voiced my opinions to chase directly about the need for more atm’s since it cannot handle the volume of customers its serves especially after the Pelham bay park branch closed. The lobby hours are restricted so if I needed access to my money I’m limited to when chase decides I can access it instead of a 24 hour lobby access for atm’s.

The worst Bank you can go to. They always have an attitude, say no in your face with out first listening to what you need. They act like they dont want to work. Do your self a favor and dont even bank here

This is very insulting to the customer of Pelham Bay first they have to sign which is welcome to Westchester Sqaure. I guess whoever did it didn’t realize it we are in Pelham Bay. The people are complaining about that sign insult then
second the AC is not working today. A lot of people are in there. It’s hot no fan. I think it’s terrible that Chase treats us customers this way I am bout to change banks thank you Chase for not, caring about your customers

My Experience was a positive one. My wife and I were greeted by a security guard named Jeron who I believe works for Johnson Security Bureau. We were helped by Denise a teller who was also very pleasant. This will be my go to branch.

Wow this Chase bank in pelham bay section of the Bronx has more then a few bad reviews and I really can comment as I did the ATM dance on Sunday and I was smooth and uneventful. Many stand alone ATMs especially in manhattan was closing up and the big reason is the homeless and other street dwellers are using the ATM spaces as homes and sleeping quarters . I was lucky as this Chase ATM has a security guard on duty and I don't have to deal with that nonsense.4 functional ATM machines and I only needed to use one .very quick in and out task and that's my review .

This location consistently has non-working ATMs. One was rejecting a perfectly OK debit card and another one was not accepting checks. Terrible customer experience.

More than two months ago, the lobby at our Chase bank, which houses three ATM machines, was given an upgrade with a sidewall containing a graphic art display and large letters naming "Westchester Square". However, the display does not represent our community which is Pelham Bay.What disappoints us the most is the error in naming the community. It suggests that the research done was lacking. It actually feels disrespectful. We brought this issue to the manager in our bank over two months ago and the display continues. Honestly we would rather have no name printed than having the wrong one on display.

They take forever to assist you and the bank manager just sits in his office and doesn't come out to assist. No sign that says you need an appointment. Make sure you have no plans if you are coming here.
