The worst chase i have buisness account been here for years jus because it close and convient to my buisness multiple time i come to deposit checks and always have issue wit teller wit them puttinf wrong check number and inconvenience for my buisness always have to come and speak to manger for them to reverse it i wouldnt ever recommend this bank.

Spanish lady gave me a hard time to cash my check from work today around 11AM
It had my name on the check and I gave her my new york state Id … that still wasnt enough for her .. wont come back to this location felt like discrimination

It has a lot of park, it is big, it still has people working, the machines outside all served the ones inside, no ? but it was quick to deposit money, wheelchair access ? .

Worst customer service here. Branch should be closed. Left and ended up going to the chase 5 minutes away on gunhill road. Highly recommend that location where they treat you with respect. Over this sad excuse of a branch.

Sonny was very helpful. I didn’t have to wait online he was really quick with all inquiries. I enjoyed the service he provided me it was very detailed. I would love to go back there for all needs.
