It has a lot of park, it is big, it still has people working, the machines outside all served the ones inside, no ? but it was quick to deposit money, wheelchair access ? .

Worst customer service here. Branch should be closed. Left and ended up going to the chase 5 minutes away on gunhill road. Highly recommend that location where they treat you with respect. Over this sad excuse of a branch.

Sonny was very helpful. I didn’t have to wait online he was really quick with all inquiries. I enjoyed the service he provided me it was very detailed. I would love to go back there for all needs.

Chase is a good bank but the workers them in the branch are nasty an lazy just to open one business account. I just need my information to be updated. If Chase could offer more options online that to deal with these nasty workers I will stay.

They might as well just close this location down. Just leave the ATM’s. Workers are SUPER slow and you will wait forever to see a representative. No sign in book. Then there will be a line out the door with 3 tellers and they are slow. People leaving to go to other branches. I just go to the Larchmont branch and their service is professional. They greet you and you’re in and out. This location here on Bartow needs better management. They just don’t care.

Don't know what the issue is with associate Desiree Ortega she is unprofessional and rude.Last time she told me I could not deposit a personal check into my business account today it's she won't deposit my business check into my business account because of the way I endorsed the check.fyi the same way I have been Endorsing checks for the past five years.The management in this Branch needs to do more customer service training.

This bank always has 2 cashers expect to wait around for 45 mins to see a teller. The worst. They need more cashers.

Before coming to this Chase branch I didn’t think there was a horrible one but now I know there is. I came in to perform a business transaction and not only was the staff there unaware of how to do it but it was insinuated that I could be lying or trying to commit fraud. When I presented a business letter to obtain authorization to perform a transaction I was told “how do I know you didn’t write this letter yourself”. I don’t understand how a bank would look at a $100,000 plus check that is presented to them and act like they have never seen one before. It really showed the type of branch they are. I ended up having to go to another Chase where the transaction was completed. I would recommend using any other Chase branch as the staff here are completely incompetent.

Worst customer service possible. Tellers take WAY to long to process transactions and are so slow. The line takes forever, and the security lady in front, is bossy and rude, dictating where people should stand … it’s common sense to move up when someone else moves up in line but she still feels the need to tell us that … like cmon … I hate coming here, worst chase bank in the Bronx.

The security is extremely overbearing, incorrect, and contradictory of each other at all times. Instructions for social distancing are given which is much appreciated, but if you're going to have 2 clowns operate the line to the circus, it would be appreciated if they didn't have the memory of a goldfish.
