Not the best experience at this Branch. On the surface it's usually a bit crowded and security can be rude at times, however the lines are usually organized and moves fast. Of greater importance is how little the representatives really are able to help you with real concerns. They're subjected to another department and this includes the manager, despite them trying to convince you to come in there really isn't much they can do. I was surprised by a recent rep who spoke very well but knew very little and did very little pertaining to a particular matter.

Chase is a good bank but the workers them in the branch are nasty an lazy just to open one business account. I just need my information to be updated. If Chase could offer more options online that to deal with these nasty workers I will stay.

I regret to inform you that they have poor service and do not have a union of criteria in requirements for opening bank accounts. One day they ask for one thing, when you go with the other document that was missing in the first appointment now they say that the document presented in the First appointment (NY ID) is invalid. I went to other Bank and without problems I already have a bank account. That was my experience and I am free to share it without prejudice to the institution and with proof in hand.
