Very very bad Customer service with appointment at Chase Bank located at 748 Alerton location Bronx NY 10467. They will cancel your appointment at the last moment. Then they will say that the person has an emergency and you need reschedule, then you get a new date for two days later. Looks like no other person can do his job if he is absent
Make an appointment on Thursday for Saturday morning at 10:30am. They canceled the appointment at 3pm on Friday, it because the person will have an emergency the following day., which is Saturday.
Management needs to be changed or train or close this branch down. Should have more properly train people to handle customers service. Again very very bad Customer service. Not recommend this chase location to no one.

Terrible service and operation.
They make you wait telling you that an agent is going to assist you (supposedly the “Manager”) and after 40 MINUTES she says that we must wait for another agent who is busy. When SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SERVING US!!! In the end we couldn't do anything. Just waste time! One pays not to get service!!!!

This branch should be investigated by chase regional manager. Service is sucks. Manager have no manners. They don’t serve equally to the community. I was seating there 45 minutes to open an account no one help us. Before they the closing they say I have to comeback.

Chase is a good bank but the workers them in the branch are nasty. If Chase could offer more options online that to deal with these nasty workers I will stay.
