Unprofessional branch!
The women are there to showcase their glam not accommodate clients. The notary is a mean old woman that only notarizes from 3p-4p. There is no way for clients to know this. They turn you away although she is in and can assist with notarizing your document. Horrible customer service!!

I just wanted to take a moment to express sincere gratitude for the support and assistance I received while at Chase on Riverdale Ave today.
I was assisted by Laura Cáceres. She went above and beyond to assist me after I was given the run around by multiple representatives on the phone. About 6 total.
She helped, she advocated and she advised.
6 representatives and a call back later I was approved!

I only go in to deposit a check or to cash one, every few weeks. I have always found the staff to be very courteous and efficient, and I have never waited very long for service. So far, no complaints from me!

I REMEMBER A BANKER AT CHASE BANK TAKING MY PICTURE AN SIGNATURE FORCHECK MY BRANCH BANK FOR REASONS LIKE IF YOU LOST YOUR ID OR ANYTHING NOW I GO IN THERE WHICH BEEN MY NEIGHBOR HOOD BRANCH BANK FOR OVER A DECADE NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY DONT KEEP CUSTOMERS ID IN THE SYSTEM IF I CAN GET A CERIFIED CHECK WITH MY BANKING CARD AT THE TELLER WHATS THE DIFFERENCE ON CASHING A SAVINGS BOND WITH MY NAME AN ADDRESS ON BOTH PARTS OF THE BOND OH I SEE I GUESS A HUE LIKE ME IS NOT COMMON TO HAVE BOND OR BONDS THAT'S CALLED ECONOMIC(MONEY)RACIST FOR THE EMPLOYEES THAT I SEEN AT 130PM 04/17/2024 AN TRUTH BE TOLD I BEEN DEALING WITH CHASE WHEN IT WAS CHEMICAL BANK AN THE ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEE WITH GLASESS SHOWS THE DISCRIMINATION SET FORTH IN THAT BRANCH CHASE NEEDS TO STOP HIRE PEOPLE THAT ATTRACT CUSTOMERS NOT CHASE THEM AWAY

This bank is the best bank! Do you want to know why? It is conveniently located on the avenue, the staff is courteous and friendly, the Tellers are efficient, your money is safe because Chase has been around since the beginning of time and the branch is always clean. The parking is always a problem, the lot is small. Great banking experience though!
