Wouldn’t even take the time to listen to a basic question regarding opening an account for someone new to the country. They shut the business down for the day at 4:00pm when it is open until 5:00pm.Now only accepting appointments they say…even to ask a question at the teller…I hope that none of the employees or their families are subjected to such deplorable lack of service.

I've seen bank robbers give better customer service. The machine to scan my card and let me into the bank at night to use the ATM does not work. The bank is only open when everyone is at work lol. Avoid the bank and stay home and start a family, do yoga, or anything else. Not worth the trouble coming here.

I've been with this company for a while now and I have never experienced such horrible experience. This company must work on their relationship with their clients and place priority over them rather then place others over each other. Thank you to Cynthia because you made such a terrible situation between me and customer service much better, you really understood and valued my time and made the experience much better.

Incompetent staff. I went there to set up my direct deposit and they printed off the wrong information. Instead of looking up my routing number (or verifying it) they manually entered the incorrect number. I had to go back to get a new form. Initially I thought i made the mistake because I couldn't believe the bank would/ could provide such incorrect vital information. Very frustrating experience. They were nice about it though. Perhaps the staff needs better training?

Unreal! Over a 20 minute wait, just to obtain an account verification. Branch Manager was aware and did not assist.

Very horrible customer service and extremely racist! My boyfriend was asked a whole questionnaire just for change. If you don't want to deal with black people go back to Europe!

I would have given them no star if there was one. Customers service is really awful. I was there todaywaiting 10 minutes for the front desk person to ask them to open account. But she state to me we are closing in 10 minutes and we are not opening any new account now,
