Homeless guy stands outside bank all day & evening. Makes everyone feel uncomfortable. I passed by the bank in the morning around 7:35. He was there! Passed by again after work at 6:20. Still there! The staff should call 911.

The bank isn't the same without Daisy, she was so helpful compared to the rest of the teller and we miss her. The rest is just filler.

This bank is so unpleasant because the bankers are incompetent and the line for the teller is so long. You will not be respected as a customer because of their rudeness and incompetence. One of the bald darker skinned man looked bored & inconvenienced to help me out. He found no solution other than to call the back office then quickly hang up when the person on the phone said that there was nothing that they could do to waive a simple 20 dollar fee that was a result of their mistake! He told the person on the phone, ‘’ Yup that’s just what I thought.’’ Disrespectful! He seemed like he wanted to rush me out so that he could rush the line out as fast as possible. I’d suggest he quit his job or at least try to be nice if he doesn’t like his occupation. I suggest going to another branch or better off a bank that is not citi because this one is very crowded and it’s obviously detrimental to their service.

Teller services are the worse of all Citibank visited. Always long lines and bank manager does no care.

I have been a loyal Citibank customer for a little over 10 years now (I am in my late 20's. checking, savings, and card). I used them for everything and every bill I pay in full and on time. With the being said, I would say that I am a good customer. So, I really can't understand why when I contact Citibank customer service, I get a person who always has an attitude. Especially, for an issue that I was not notified about. I just recently relocated around Denver and I called both divisions, Citi banking and Citi cards, and told them my new address. That I had moved. Any company can update this...simple right..!? Three times..three times they got my address wrong. And every time I correct them..guess what.. I find out that they have the address wrong again. Not to mention, today I was trying to get back home from Denver and couldn't because they disabled my card. No call, no email, not even text. I finally get home, call customer service, and you would never guess what the issue is... they have the wrong address again!! Again, Citi never contacted to inform me about this. Instead, they shut down my card to leave me stranded in the middle of Denver because I relied on their card and services. Also, this isn't the only issue I had with them, but I am not going to make this longer than it needs to be. I am tired of the lack of service, rude customer service, and incentives away being taken away. There isn't even a branch in Denver, which is a city! I will be pulling all my accounts very soon and find a bank that can fully appreciate and properly service their loyal and reliable customers.

This bank is temporarily closed but it has been 2 months and counting. Made me waste a lot of money and time. The worst bank ever. I highly recommend going to Chase or BoA. Support Santanders, CapitalOne, WellsFargo, Flushing, NationalValley too. HSBC sort of annoying. But no bank is worst than Citibank. The CS rep knows nothing, makes calls that cannot find reliable answers,.. having an account in this bank is my greatest regret in banking.

I had taken off two days to take care of business pertaining to my mother. Trying to use my power of attorney, despite telling me to bring my Alzheimer's mother three times to the bank in two days, and a call to my sister who is registered with the bank for the care of our mother. However because of deteriorating poor health, she can no longer take on this responsibility. I told I'm now the power of attorney for my mother. After being told to bring my mother's id and other proof, the final stage was for the notary to stamp with approval.
