Update: I checked my receipt and it does indicate 2 STANDARD delays. That is ridiculous and the teller who deposited the check @ aa&23rd should have explained this. He was also rude stopping me mid conversation saying, let's see if it even clears and ended my transaction before I even completed my request for a roll of quarters. This bank has a rude culture overall. Highly dissatisfied. No need to email your automated email you guys clearly don't take these reviews serious enough.
Rude. After being transferred from one lady who was super hard to understand, to a lady who sounded like she was on a cell phone in the wind with bad reception, also a strong accent, to a rude teller at this branch, who hung up in my face. Claiming the information i need is on my receipt, you'll get it tomorrow, click. I told her i didn't have it and want to know what is going on. All because I wanted to know why my funds were held on a physical deposit. I wish these calls were recorded for quality control because it's obvious they are not. I will definitely be checking out a new bank that values customer service. Highly dissatisfied.

My sister went to open a bank account and they told her that the proof of address is not quality (the one for health insurance). Ok, they assigned her another day and told her to bring proof of address from the government (the one for social security). It turns out that When she goes to the appointment they tell her that it is overdue, which is at least 90 days!! Oook! Now my nephew goes to his first appointment with a letter from the government which is 62 days old, meaning it was up to date! And they tell him no, it's expired, it's a minimum of 60 days!! Ok first mistake, and they tell you that you can return with the letter where you received the medical insurance! Second mistake! In other words, they agree, one stops doing things to organize and they don't agree!!!!

Worst customer service ever. The lady took the clip board and skipped everyone on it and started talking to a guy who just walked in and smiling at him, I explained they were three ppl in front and she ignored me and continued to talk to him as if we weren’t there. I’m a new customer and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bad management, nobody is making sure this place runs efficiently
10am, 2 cashiers attending a line out of the door
Meanwhile, two other workers are standing behind the glass off to the side having a personal conversation and on their phone, not even trying to hide from view
It's 10am, they are definitely not on break or on lunch
What is this?
Management needs refresher training or re-assignment, then again it's the Bronx, if this happened in Manhattan it would be completely unacceptable

Security is needed at this Location especially in the evenings. They are people monitoring the doors and that is not safe at all. This is a serious matter and something must be done! ASAP

Worst branch ever… received a promotional offer in the mail to open a business account and receive $1500 if I kept the money there for 60 days. 5 months later, I have yet to receive anything. I’ve been given every excuse under the sun. They just string you along and after 15 days, they close out your complaint and change it to a new number so that management thinks it was resolved. Do your banking elsewhere…

If I would give this establishment a zero star rating I would. The fact that none of the ATM's work, the fact that there are only two employees working and there are 5 windows, and the fact that the line is out the door to the bank at 10am on a weekday is absolutely absurd. This is the worst bank, let alone citi bank I've ever been to. Not to mention the fact that everyone who goes in has to double park outside because the parking lot next door is packed past capacity most times. Awful place of business and they should reopen elsewhere with better employees who care about the people waiting for sure.

They charge a lot of interest and the place where that bank is is very dangerous, it's scary, strange people hold the door and you have to give them a tip and to make matters worse the tills are uncomfortable and anyone sees your password and they can see someone taking out money and very strange cars. Anyway, I use ATMs because I'm afraid of them and especially since New York is like this with people who are armed to the teeth, they should move that bank to where it's more populated where the stores are.
