Horrible branch, horrible customer service. The tellers are incredibly slow and they dont offer certain services that other branches offer. They wouldn't even change 20's into 100's knowing that I am a Citi customer.

I wouldn’t recommend Citibank. Everything from the company to the banks location is terrible. You can’t even cash a check if you’re account is closed. Even if it’s a Citibank check. I’ll never bank with them again! They lost a great customer

First, I would like to say that Evelyn Alcantara was a complete professional. She was understanding and sympathetic to my situation. I’m very pleased with the service I received today! Ask for her if you need someone knowledgeable. This Citibank branch and Evelyn come highly recommended!

If I could give negative stars I would only citi bank close to me and I regret every-time I go! I went to ask for bank statements to be printed from a business account that closed. Never asked for my id or did any kind of verification of who I was and gave me my bank statements. Basically anyone can come and ask for bank statements and just give the business account name and get them. Close this horrible bank down already! So scary!!!!!!

Very horrible customer service. I was with their customer specialist, she told me to give her a second, she went to ask a customer what he wanted, after that, she went to another customer and started helping them and she took them into the banking hall. I stood up and left.

I had to go make a deposit and this branch happens to be close to my job, so I gave it a shot. My first encounter was trying to get in pass the two drug addicts who were holding the door open, which should not be open. I waited and took care of business and honestly, I was a bit weary of making such a huge deposit here in general. Anyhow, on my way out one of the men said, that they were both working today and that they wanted some money. This not only startled me, but it really got me upset. I looked around but there was not guard and not one of the employees walking around bothered to tell them they cannot be there. I was so disgusted I left, but I cannot help but wonder why there is no guard at this branch? I was literally harassed and who knows what else could have occurred. I feared for my safety and honestly, I will never return to this branch--unless they get a licensed guard to man the entrance.

First things first: the supervisor SASHA SANTOS WAS COMPLETELY DISGRACEFUL. If I could give this branch -5 stars I DEF WOULD. I made an appointment online to be seen at this branch for 1:30 pm. Upon arriving there, the line was basically out of the door. When speaking to the others online I learned that me and about 10 other people were scheduled for an appointment at 1:30 with Sasha Santos. Only thing is Sasha Santos is nowhere to be found when asking other employees. A woman stands behind me in line. I hear her cursing in Spanish saying she isn’t going to wait in this line. So she doesn’t. She walks to the front of the line, gestures to one of the male employee, speaks to him in Spanish and next thing I know he’s accepting her appointment ahead of any of us who stood our time in line. The line is now aggravated and everyone is yelling about how that’s not fair and this is disorganized.. all true statements. Sasha Santos finally emerges from the back somewhere. And her attitude is off putting. It’s like she’s mad at the line because she made a mistake booking all those people under the same time slot. I wait my turn to speak to her. She says when the guy is finished (with the Spanish girl who skipped the line) someone would be right with me. I say ok & turn around to speak to my girlfriend. Sasha Santos then loses her cool. “What did you say?!!” I turn around and explain I was talking to my girlfriend and not her. She then tell me she is not accepting my appointment and she will not service me. I’m not sure how that was a solution to her problem but I do know about customer service especially from the standpoint from a supervisors perspective. Sasha Santos’ attitude, lack of professionalism and lack of customer service just lost two accounts. The one my girlfriend was going to open and the one I currently have. As a supervisor it’s her job to address my concerns as a client and to talk to and treat me with respect. THATS THE BARE MINIMUM AND THEY COULDNT EVEN DO THAT!

The service in this place is horrible. The tellers got in to a room for 15 minutes to chat with their friends, and leave their places unattended; while the other teller is walking around the bank until the guy at the front desk got mad and put him to work. They take an average of 30 minutes per person to solve a problem. If I could give them 0 stars will be great.

Honestly, if you can beat the long lines the staff is pretty nice and helpful. Wish they would hire more people, but other than that every time I’ve been here it’s been nice.

super horrible branch. no seperate line for citipriority & citigold clients. branch manager, sasha santos, said there is only one line due to covid-19, an explanation which carried no weight as other branches have a seperate line for citipriority & citigold clients. i surmise that this branch does not have a separate line for citipriority & citigold clients because this branch does not have any citipriority & citigold clients and the branch manager was using covid-19 as the excuse the line for the teller was at least four people deep & did not move. the line for the atm was out the door.
