This location has gotten worse and worse most times in the weekends or early Mornings there’s homeless people sleeping or just hanging out inside the pictures is posted is 10/1/23 the door is unlocked and food probably from a homeless guy I seen there before . Very disappointing bank should do something. Went days later on 10/21/23 and there’s a homeless guy at the front door inside . I don’t know why nothing gets done about this when there’s cameras or has to be cameras in the bank. Guess too much soft on crime they don’t do anything about it . As of 2/23/24 this bank is disgusting ? went in the morning to the atm there was two homeless sleeping inside . I don’t know why this bank doesn’t do anything about it and with all the cameras inside I don’t believe they don’t see this problem they are just ignoring it until someone gets hurt . It smelled so bad also inside . This whole dam city is in ruins!!

People please be careful during off hours at this location. The ATM vestibule is not safe. It’s an encampment of young men during the off hours. The way they are situated seems suspect. It’s ripe for fraud and robbery. The security they provide is mostly asleep in the car out front or ignore the problem.

Awful experience. I went to open up a small business account. I did not have my Social Security card with me so Mrs. B. Perez (the representative) put my paperwork aside and assured me that I could email a copy of my card and she would process the paper work for opening the account. I emailed the information to her and she confirmed receipt. After two weeks, I hadn't heard anything about the status of the account. I then left her an email inquiring. She replied, "Sorry, I've been busy but I will process your paperwork immediately". Another week went by and NOTHING! I returned to the location and dropped a note to her asking her to please contact me via email or cell to let me know the status of the account opening. Close to three weeks later, I have not heard back from her. No email. No call and no consideration for my business. This is not professional and I feel totally disregarded as a customer.

Not good customer service you sign in to see someone they dont even get up to see who is next if your not alert you will get skipped they are not very helpful neater they rush you out as soon as what you came for is done will not be returning here

This citi bank branch, no one pick up your call!! It's like the phone number don't work! I made an appointment through my app and I change the date but they keep sending me messages about the appointment date that I change from, telling me I have an appointment. Trying to get in touch to let them know but no one picks up. I'm wondering if I have to make an appointment to call this citi bank branch by phone???????

The worst branch we are customer for more than 10 years and we have an issue they never fix then send you to one clerk to another and anyones know what they are doing we spend days and days on the same an still don't fix anything. We are tired of it
