I will not recommend anyone to deal with the help desk and the mechanic. They treat me very bad. The service was not good. They keep my car for one week. After repair the software program was not ready and they want me to pay to be repair again. I refuse that.To be avoid Bad serviceThe guy name Manny is very unprofessional. The way he handle costumer is very unprofessional and very bad.I don’t like their service at all and I told them that. They knew it.

I took my vehicle in on 1/10/24 to be checked out because it had been making a loud hollow sound each time I was in reverse. I had an appointment and arrived early. I explained to one of the supervisors (Manny) what the problem was. About 45 minutes to and hour later, Manny came back to me as I was sitting in the waiting area to tell me they did not find anything wrong with the car, confirmed that the MPI was performed, and that HE personally drove the car himself and did not hear any noise. I reiterated that the noise only occurs when backing up, to which he said he did not hear anything even when backing up. He told me if I continue to hear the noise after I leave with the car, then I can bring it back in. I told him I would take it to my personal mechanic for a "second opinion" and he said "okay". While I was being escorted back to my car by one of the technicians, the tech told me my car was not looked at, and that Manny did not drive the car as he stated. I agreed with this person because I told him I saw Manny sitting at his desk for the majority of the time I was sitting in their waiting area. On 1/11/24, I received an email and a text from the service department telling me they were sorry I missed my appointment yesterday. What?!? I took my car to my mechanic later that morning also on 1/11/24, where they performed the MPI. Imagine my surprise when I was told my rear struts are damaged and that this would have been noticed immediately upon performing the MPI. My mechanic also told me he heard the same hollow sound as soon as he started driving the car and put it in reverse. Folks, stay away from City World Ford Service and Parts department at this location!! This is not the first time I had an unpleasant experience here, but it will be the LAST time I bring my vehicle there to get serviced. I also contacted the Ford Customer Relations Department regarding this matter, and my mechanic is planning to complete the work on my vehicle to fix the problem.

Its been few weeks i booked my car under warranty repair and try to arrange the car pick up the lady said they don’t pickup the car but let her try with manager if manager allow then she can arrange. No one came to pick up the car on appointment then i call back and rearrange with her and she arranged the car pick upDiagnose was done, and they keep the car for one night and next day they fix the car and delivered at my home.All was covered in warranty great service

I went to ford service center 3850 Boston Road Bronx. In shortly telling that is worst service center. I went to over there brake and check engine issue. They solved my brake issue. But did not solve my check engine issue. But I have paid whole money. They re-set my check engine issue. This is not a permanent solution. only for half an hour solution. They hold my car 21 days. Still problem is not solved.

They did not diagnose the problem with my car properly. I paid 2300 to fix the problem. 2 weeks later I'm back in the shop with the same problem. The exact same problem

Dropped off my car according to my appointment day and time. 24 hours later they haven't even touched my car. Claimed that they are understaffed. And couldn't even provide me with a time frame of when my car would be serviced. I understand the staff in situation but as a customer that is not my problem. How to pick up my car and take it elsewhere to get service. They should not take appointments which they are not able to honor.

I have brought my vehicle here for a couple of years. Today I encountered two of the most arrogant associates. My husband followed the instructions given to him by the mechanic and went to speak to one of the female associates the lady responded” I do not speak Spanish “ this is ok not everyone speaks Spanish but as a customer service associate your job is to try and help your client. Instead of asking her co worker if she could assist in translating she brushed my husband off. He then proceeds to speak to the Spanish speaking associate who does not let him explain to her the instructions given to him by the mechanic and she rudely dismisses him. Clearly these ladies are not content with their jobs. Management should have a customer service training with all their associates to ensure that customer service has some improvement. Customers do not come here for free service. Everyone that brings a vehicle to this establishment pays out of pocket. So management please make sure the experience is worth the fee!!!!Services: Wheel alignment

Firstly I hope the woman who I troubled is well. I want to apologize to her for treating her inappropriately, I know her name is Michelle and I recognize that my behavior was unreasonable towards you Michelle. I apologize for the survey that I gave earlier because after having done that I felt bad for taking my frustration out on you, I know that neither she nor anyone else deserves to be treated like this, and I understand that she did what she could to help me in my situation. I know that an apology is not enough but with great sincerity, I plead with you to excuse my behavior Michelle. From what I see, you are a good woman who despite your situation, treated me with patience even after my behavior towards you. Thank you for your time and please have a great rest of you day.

I bought a used car from here and the next morning the horn was out and the check egine lights came on. I was givin the run around and had to wait days just after buying the car to even put it in service and then it took a week to get the problems resolved. Long story short after 4 months the problems have gotten worse and now I have a lemon. Don't do bussiness with them they will give you anything, a dirty car after selling it, a broken car, a car they got a hour ago and didn't even check! Don't do bussiness with them I promise you will regret it!!!!!
