THEY DO BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!Its a very long story, but initially I left a 1 star review, because I spent an entire day buying a car from them remotely via phone, email and text only to be told the following morning (when I was leaving to drive 2.5 hours to pick it up) that it had been sold. I was beyond frustrated, as I have had bad experiences with other dealers in the past.BUT this is where Victor and Yadel stand out from the crowd. They called me back and apologized explaining that it was a mix up on their end and they vowed to make it right. I was reluctant to give them a second chance, but they ABSOLUTELY FOLLOWED THROUGH. They didn't have the exact color I wanted, so they found the exact same car at another dealer. They then worked to get a transfer and even travelled to that dealership (closer to me) to finalize the transaction so I didn't need to drive all the way to the Bronx. They absolutely made things right in the end and that is a rarity today.Thank you Victor and Yadel for a beautiful car and the extra effort you put in to make it happen!

Today I went in and was greeted by Jose he was awesome from beginning to end. When I tell you they will make sure you leave with your dream car I mean it. This was my first purchase and Jose & Peter made it all possible for me with no hassle. I really appreciate these guys for doing me a big one for the start of 2024 thank you.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would gladly do it!! That's how happy we are with the service we received from Carlos Ranfla, one of the best car salesman we have ever had the pleasure to meet!! We went to 3 other dealers to buy my husband car and we were ready to buy it.. Then my husband saw this car dealership and we just went to see if they had a color we liked more, from the minute we walked in Carlos made us feel as we were family, he got us coffee, water made sure we were comfortable and answered all the questions we asked in a way that u understood perfectly, we had the paper work done at the other dealership but because of Carlos we decided to buy the car right there and then ! When we finalized everything he took it upon himself to go clean the car spotless and waited for us to leave together, he stayed an extra 2 hours for us and he could have left but he didn't!! I wish all salesman were as amazing as he is!! Thank U Carlos so very much!!

Everything was great. One thing I should share that, if someone is a first time car buyer, please get an insurance first. Otherwise taking a Hyundai is quite challenging. A lot of the insurance companies don’t even cover this vehicle. Please do your research. I was unable to take my car home due to this reason for 1 day.The customer service was great. As a car dealer they are authentic and true to their words. Specifically I thank Mr. Jhon. Good service was provided. If you want a certified pre owned Hyundai, go to this place. Thank you .

This is my second time coming to City World Hyundai. I purchased my second vehicle today. The service that Carlos, Mykael, And Jorge rendered was excellent. I even received a very nice surprise at the end of the transaction. I will definitely recommend to anyone buying their vehicle.

We went in knowing exactly what we wanted; our sales representative and finance manager were helpful, explained everything we didn't understand and we never felt pushed or pressured into anything. It was our first car buying experience and I could not believe how well it went.

Great customer service. I thought that I had an appointment, but I didn't. They took me in and explained that it would be a while but if I needed to leave to just let them know. They completed my oil change earlier than I thought and I made it back to work in time.

I had a great experience purchasing a 2024 Tucson from City World Hyundai. They were on point to what I was looking for in a car with a reasonable price. Their only weakness at this facility is customer service . Individuals work and times vary for everyone . I have had two major emergencies with my vehicle I purchased here and I call and there’s no answer , or I am transferred from department to department. I am told there’s not much we can do from managers . The facility in Long Island city could not reprogram fob key . If the dealership can not do these things for a customer , where does the person go. I felt like I was a bother to some of the persons I called and emailed . I would not recommend this place . It was all nice and great at the sale day but I guess it’s hey car was sold they did their part . Not right when I needed assistance I did not receive it 100 percent . Makes me feel if I were another ethnicity or had more fiscally I would be treated better
