I have bought almost 10 to 15 people here and bought from them . And they asre the worst here bcz they do nit respect customers. And they dont guve u refund if you dont buy car. I cane here to see if i like the car and they took money from me and never gave back . Took him for 2weeks. This is the last time i m not coming from today . The garcia manager is not professional. He tells you do not need to file nothing you will get your refund and i was told to go and nit file nothing. And i knew there was something and he made go through alot just get my refund back

They dont deserve no start. I wish there was zero stars 0000The manager Garcia is nit well professional. Came here to buy car and did not buy it bcz i changed my mind and they took money what down payment i was about to pay. But i also warned them. Make sure if i change my mind i am able to get my refund so i can go somehwere else and buy. And the manager said you will get it back. And after i changed my mind they did nit give me my REFUND. So he told me come the next day. And also came the next day and never got my REFUND. And its almost 10 days i havent got my REFUND . And now they be like u have paid apple pay so u have to give the apple pay card . So this they coukd do it when i have asked for the first time . But they did not tell me . And worst thing is they lie straight forward . CITY WORLD TOYITA MANAGER IS WORST GUY . His name GARCIA .

Sammy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient and very helpful with getting me the perfect vehicle. Always available and willing to help with any questions I had even after my purchase. The worse dealership…If I could give the 0stars I would have. The only thing they care about is closing a deal with you…. They sold me a car and were supposed to register it for NJ . They told me they could do that and assured me there won’t be a problem. They issued me a temporary out of state transit registration that is expired a month ago…. And before the expiration date I gave them a call to report the upcoming issue and they assured me they will be working on that matter. A lot of lies till now… Cause I call the NJ mvc main office at Trenton and they don’t have a trace of the car. Now They don’t even respond to my call anymore.Please I wish you not to have to deal with them and if you do, I wish you don’t have to manager such Andrew Sanchez or Garcia to managed your issue. Both will either lie to you or ignore your calls when you call and they transfer your call to them.

I love this dealership. FRANK the dealer, makes you feel comfortable. He treats you with respect. He answers any question or concerns you may have about buying a vehicle. The best part about this dealership is that they do not accept down deposits. If you are looking to buy a car the same day you walk in, you can! Other dealerships always have their cars with a down deposit and so you cannot even buy a car the day you think about buying a car. Furthermore, when I walked in the City World Toyota dealership, they opened the doors for me and offered me coffee or water before we began the process. After about four hours of being there, I was happy to buy my first car, a 2023!

I had an amazing experience at this Toyota location. Fabian was wonderful, and very attentive. I felt like a priority there, as well as a valued customer. Yameline was amazing finance manager as well. She was very understanding and was able to work with me while also giving me amazing coverage for my car. Thank you both for making an amazing first car buying experience.

NATALIE, Angel, Mike, Rodger, the most INCOMPETENT, UNEDUCATED, CHEAP LABOR, UNCIVILIZED, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, HORRIBLE staff!!Not only they can’t do basic math but extremely defensive when it comes to taking accountability for their lack of customer service; hence cheap labor. I had one of the most incompetent sales rep, NATALIE, whom not only misplaced and lost my State ID, but held it as hostage so I wouldn’t leave. Then she denied any accountability nor apologized. I had to file a police report because they refused to accept they had my ID and i had to prevent any identity theft.Furthermore, when i tried to speak to the owner, MIKE Rizzuto, since his help are inept, the manager advised me “he will never speak to a customer”, basically he is too good to speak to the customers but okay with taking their money. Don’t waste your time here. The entire experience was ghetto, just like the staff!

spoke with the front sales coordinator. refused to transfer me to a rep, spoke over me the whole time, and later hung up after telling me a model wasn't available. I'm here to purchase 2 cars, and I have questions about what other vehicles that are available, what options there are, but before I can even ask those questions, she would assume the questions for me then, aggressively speak over me....she refused to give me her name, and refused to have me transferred to a manager. listen, I understand its a sellers market, but it doesn't seem right treating clients this way, especially when i am a local customer who purchased 3 vehicles from your lot in the last 6 years. I can't believe this. Now, when i call, she either hangs up or puts me on indefinite hold. She won't even let me work with other sales reps at the store. I hope the manager knows about this through this review. As a business owner myself, this type of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. no associates should be treating clients this way, I would close my business than have my clients go through what I just went through. I have the phone conversation recorded. this encounter was for 7/8/23 at 14:30.addendum*I went with fordham toyota. The only reason is because of how mistreated i felt with the lady who has been answering phone calls today. You don't just hang up and refuse my privilege to conduct business with other sales associates in your dealership... felt very betrayed as a loyal customer; will never be coming back here again after what happened today.

First time buyer: Be aware of this dealer. They will try you fool around with too many nonsense charges. They are very professional to convince you to make believe. My first and probably the last visit was too beautiful and awkward. The sales person was so nice and when she presented a final price $73K on $43K MSRP it was awkward.
