Took my kids here to get there ears pierced a few weeks ago and it didn't even hurt them and the lady was very sweet and patient

Went to get my kids ears pierced, 1 ear each. Was going back and forth on sizing. The lady never once said the earings are sold in pairs. I didnt find out i was buying 4 earings until checkout. I would of just got the same size for both kids if I would of known.

Myself and 2 other Teachers from a school in the Bronx , went to do nose piercings , it was Saturday the Wednesday the ring fell out , I called she said if I bring the ring in she can give me another one , it fell out how can I find it lol ! what are you going to do reuse it , days later my other co worker said hers fell out , it wasn’t done the right way . I’ve been doing nose piercings for yrs never fell out ! bad service, she said she told us to put a band aid on nose to keep it in !! Never had to do that ever that’s crazy ! 👋😂😂😫 ! Do not recommend piercing there !

I went in for 3 piercings . I asked for 1 on each lobe and a cartlidge . I told her this twice . She proceeds to give me an additional two piercings in my ear . Even though i confirmed i wanted 3 . And i got charged $200 for that . goodbye

I went to this location and I was pleasantly reassured that there is still good customer service that does exist. The supervisor and the worker were friendly and professional in their interaction towards me. I went there last month in April 2024 to redeem my free earrings. I recommend this location & these two workers. Co-op City Location on Bartow Avenue, Bronx, NY???⚘️?

Last year I went to this location and had 3 piercings done by the manager of this store . My experience exceeded my expectations, she was nothing short of amazing , today , I went in to get 2 more done . I entered the store and met an associate called Candy , she did not acknowledge that I entered the store , I had to walk up to her while she sat on her phone . She later walked up to the piercing chair and we began to talk , she was literally so rude and raising her voice at me .It was so bad that the person I was with intercepted. Treated me like I wasn’t going to pay . I had to walk out without getting the piercings done because I was worried that she would hurt me based off her attitude and how she spoke to me . I’m truly disappointed to have been treated this way . This must be the poorest customer service I have ever received in my life . I would give this zero stars if possible. I will never send my business to Claire’s ! Ever !

Closes earley around 9:20pm... its unfortunate because it saids on their website it closes at 10. Probably best to go early when it's all crowded
