Every week I turn around the price of the dryer and washer is going up at an alarming rate. I don’t understand how can you rob the customers who been coming here for years that can’t afford to go anywhere else due to not having the means of transportation. 89 for big dryer 49 for the regular size. Someone needs to investigate this

This used to be a good place. Not so much s of recent The dryers used to be free&machines were more affordable now everytime I come here the dryers cost more each time. It's now 50 cent to dry for 7 minutes. The machines are overly priced and take your money. The smallest machine now costs 5.64. When I used my card it charged me twice. I initially had 29.83 on my card. After using it my balance went to 18.54!! I told the laundry attendant she CLAIMED TO CALL THE MANAGER THEN told me that her manager told her that didn't happen b/c the dryers take your money not the machines! What does that even mean?!... Her manager wasn't EVEN present...I was OVER charged TWICE on 2 different machines. COSTING ME AN ADDITIONAL 22.00 TO FINISH WASHING MY CLOTHES! RIDICULOUS! Then the laundry attendant told me her manager told her to only give me 2.00 refund to use to dry which was insulting after losing 20.00. I was overcharged&called a liar in short. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO AVOID BEING ROBBED BY AN INVISIBLE MANAGER, FAULTY OVERPRICED MACHINES, AND INSULTED BY their LAUNDRY ATTENDANT! I have been coming here for over 10 years but I have never been treated with such poor customer service nor does it cost me 22.00 to wash clothes in the smallest machines ANYWHERE ELSE! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Clean, friendly and safe. You have to be from the neighborhood to understand the quality of safety. Lol, but overall a great place to one for 24 hour service.

For the most part, this place is great to do laundry. They even had a laundry bag replacement policy, which about a month ago was still a thing, but when I try to get a replacement for my ripped clean rite bag, it is conveniently canceled. . . . . Other than that, I find the establishment great! Just don't buy the bags. You can get them cheaper elsewhere. The staff are nice and place is always clean.

I had a lot of laundry bags and the nice Latino guy behind the counter was able to lend me a cart because all the other carts was too huge to leave the laundry Matt. If he hadn’t help me I would’ve struggled and it would’ve took me much longer to get each bag in one by one. Thank you Clean Rite!!!

Great laundromat!!! I’ve been coming here since they opened and it’s always clean! At first the folding area was extremely dusty from the lint but they’ve been doing a great job and cleaning that space as well! I do notice that they up charge for using the water but overall they’re excellent and most importantly the customer service is amazing!!!!

Living in an apartment means I got to get my laundry done elsewhere. Thank goodness I went when I did as the employee, Laura, made it super easy. She maintained a well-organized system for sorting and folding laundry, ensuring a quick and hassle-free experience for me. Despite the busy environment, she managed to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on the quality of her service. 5 stars for taking care of something I hate doing.

Definitely a good clean rite this one worker with blonde hair is always looking out to help machines always clean properly as well as the dryers the don’t mess up my clothes even when I do drop offs would highly recommend if you live around the area!!!

I've been coming here since they opened and offered free dry, which is a thing of the past, I wish they would bring it back on selected days as before, it really helped, the past few visits I've noticed this distinct smell, mildew maybe the washers need to be cleaned to rid that smell, as I'm in here for a few hours I have to endure that smell which is very strong and gives me a headache, I hate to have to go elsewhere but until that issue is resolved I got to do what I got to do!!!!!
