Do not go to this place it is a scam they will juice ur insurance for thousands ,order all these parts and won’t put them on ur car. They will just make the car pretty and paint after getting the money from the insurance . The are all scammer nick and ORlando. I called the insurance and I reported yall to the DMV. We will see what was fixed or not. I hope they sue ya multiple times. And I will collect everything back they paid because they scammed the insurance DONT GO HERE. NICK isn’t professional and a horrible Business owner. Like I said bare minimum work and 14000 in repairs .SCAMMERS. You can see everything clear . The same way I took the car is the same way it came out painted. Yah ordered bumbers and door cover that were never put on my car. They all work together if you a woman don’t go hear alone . They take advantage of you. Take ur car somewhere else.

Run away from this workshop, they destroyed my vehicle, a 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse, they are scammers, they don't trust anyone, these people pose as Victory Mitsubishi workers saying that they work for them to deceive the client, Nicholas Caspare, the owner of the The workshop destroyed my vehicle instead of repairing it, left it destroyed, put used parts on it and charged the insurance as new, made dents on the vehicle everywhere, charged for work that was not done, the vehicle was dirty on the outside and inside with some white stains and full of dirt, the vehicle is missing parts and many pieces were stolen from the interior. When you complain to them they want to intimidate you by raising their voices in a threatening and aggressive manner. Please pay attention to the comments so you don't have a bad time or let them scam you. At first they will tell you that they will finish the car in 2 weeks and it is a trap, it takes 7 weeks minimum, and then they will deliver the vehicle destroyed and devalued. If you have been a victim of these people, do not just file a complaint with the BBB, you can file a complaint with the DMV using form VS35, file a complaint with the NY ATTORNEY GENERAL at ag.ny.gov or call the number 212-416-8000, you can also make complaints to the NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER, also to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION by calling 1-877-382-4357, you can also contact 7 ON YOUR SIDE , FILE A CIVIL SUIT, if you want to sue them, their business CMB COLLISON will not be active as a company because it uses a fictitious name, SUE THEM UNDER THE NAME SRC COLLISION INC, COMPANY NUMBER 3985614, it has been an unpleasant and frustrating experience that I would not have room for describe here, please stay away from CMB COLLISION, DON'T TRUST!. COMPLAINT, COMPLAINT, TAKE PHOTOS, VIDEOS THE DAY YOU PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU HAVE BEEN ABUSED AND SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE AND DON'T STAY IF YOU CROSS YOUR ARMS, COMPLAIN, COMPLAINT.

I bought my car to CMB Collisions in October 2022 under the impression they were a Mitsubishi dealership. I explained I was in an accident last year October 2021 and would like to fix the damage that was done. The owner explained to me although it has been a year, he can get more money out of the claim to fix the damages to my car and my only out of pocket expense would be $1200 for extra repairs that were not included in the claim. He originally told me my insurance only gave him $1600, which would be fair to pay him $1200. However, when I reached out to my insurance, I was told he received $3640.90. The owner Nick was still looking to receive an out of pocket expense of $1200 from me. This mishap confused me and made me feel that he was trying to scam me out of more money when my insurance told me I was only suppose to give him $500 deductible. When I went to pick my car up, I tried to go over the supplement that Nick submitted to my insurance, however, Nick was very nasty and argumentative towards me. I am 7 months pregnant. He kept talking over me and refused to let me speak my concerns. I ended up calling my insurance adjuster who explained me to Nick only submitted the damage related to the accident so if he did additional work, he is owed the money. I had no problem with paying the money and paid him. My issue was his lack of professionalism. Nick told me my car would be ready in 10 days. He took 5-6 weeks to complete the work. He claimed the additional work he did were new parts but they weren't and I can tell he probably spray painted over some light scratches. He did replace my mirror. He used my old arm rest when we agreed on a new armrest replacement. He refused to communicate with me to try to get a better understanding on what he was doing with my car all this time. All of this could have been avoided had he just been upfront, professional and communicative. He was extremely rude, arrogant and threatened to not release my car. Missing car door part.
