Rooms are nice house keeping needs to clean more and clean out the refrigerator and microwave air vents smells like cat and dog pee very overwhelmed with the smell mold is everywhere especially in the bathroom breakfast was the best especially the workers very friendly and very nice ?

I booked this hotel as part of a wedding party. On the day of the wedding NYC had a major weather event that closed all airports. I couldn’t get there. The hotel refused to provide any refund (even partial) and were very nasty about it. Beware!!!

Came to NY for a Brewer game and stayed here. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Good location in the city to all amenities. Great that they have reserved parking onsite as this was a big concern for myself of finding parking daily.
