Great service. I walked in asking about window tinting. The owner showed me the various degrees of tint. Took me into the garage to show what they looked like on a car and gave me suggestions based on my DOT exemption and what I wanted the tint for. He took me in then and there and his staff completed the work under 3hrs.Friendly staff, reasonably priced and I'm satisfied with the work. See photo.

I went to these guys while on vacation from work.i.came to get a price and to get a led front grill logo.for my mercedes sprinter. I talked to Mike who seem to be very knowledgeable about the sprinter. Mike told me he had recently worked on a sprinter bit could not find the pics at the moment I was there Mike gave me a price on the logo and I told Mike I will be back on Wednesday to get it done he said ok. I went back there I'm coming from ct 2 hours away I get there Mike informs me it can't be done that day because the guy who does his work had death in his family and had to fly back to his country. I told Mike I understand he told me the guy would be back on Tuesday which I came back on Tuesday and Mike said the guy had not returned yet so he said give me your number he should definitely be back anyway now he would call me. I gave Mike my number the weekend came no call so on Tuesday I called there Mike answered I explain to him who I was he said he was sorry he been a little busy but he will call me back later that day and tell me when to bring the truck in . That was the last time I head from Mike as I text this it's been 2 months no call back nothing. I completely understand that things happen but this is ridiculous this place really waisted my time . SHAME ON THEM YOU DONT DO THAT TO PEOPLE.

They did a terrible job installing an led bar on my truck. They strip the screw in part of the led bar and then they said that what I bought was cheap. They are expensive and careless. Besides all of this they made wholes on my new roof rack with out even asking me I called them to tell them about how the led bar is only hanging by 1 screw because they messed up and what I got was that my part was cheap and they can fix it by retreating the part and putting a bigger screw in it. They also complaint about how they had to use they’re screws when I gave them all the parts needed to do the job.

I dont know about all these bad reviews, but I have been bringing my suv here for years and I never have had a issue with my vehicle. Alberto & Mike give FANTASTIC SERVICE. They r very polite and honest when comes to your vehicle. All the auto technicians are KNOWLEDGEABLE WORKERS!!???

Spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Mike regarding wraps the good the bad and the indifferent. I found Mike to be not only knowledgeable, he was sincere and honest. He didn't sugar coat anything which is important in this industry. Thank you sir, I will be using you in the future when this comes up again in my day to day work.

Mike put in a compustar remote start and alarm since bluelink no longer services 2015-16 bluelink customers since verizon shutdown their 2g antennas now I can once again remote start my car from anywhere and also locate car through smartphone app...thanks again guys ....

I will never come here again, service was unacceptable. Came in for a simple rear diffuser install which took 5hrs and the work was horrible, part was not installed properly and it fell off the next day. I'd rather do it myself then bring it back to him, $140 wasted. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the work he wanted to argue with me and called my part cheap lol. He's been doing this for 24 yrs as he claims but I had to tell him to use 3M tape to install the part lol. Do not bring your car here, this place is a rip off.And then after I removed the poorly installed part, I noticed that his installers put tiny little screws in the part and my bumper in an attempt to secure it to the bumper. Did I ask you to put holes in my bumper?

Love the work they do when I had my Cadillac Escalade. They made it unique. Now I drive a Subi and moved to Staten Island. Thought of Mike from Concept and man very happy with the work they did at a fair price! Is it worth the trip? You bet! Thanks Mike.

This place is like a Toy's R Us for grownups. I bought Asanti Rims a few years back from Mike & Alberto. Made my car stand out something serious. My wife recently damaged one of my Rims, so I called Asanti for a replacement, and was told that they were discontinued. I called Mike and he made it possible to get a replacement because Concept 2000 has connections. And their celebrity clients are always in and out. Had the opportunity to meet the one and only Grandmaster Flash one visit. Even though I moved out of State since, I still come home just to get reliable service that I trust. Thanks.

Came to this shop with high expectations, only to be disappointed of their lack of knowledge. They charged me for a job they couldn’t do, even though I had clearly explained from the beginning the job requirements. They genuinely ignored my input, which end up costing me money. Not cool guys.
