I had a blown tire on the street late at night, and I called the nearest place to get help. Luis got there in 15 minutes, and was able to help me in less than 10 minutes! Very friendly, and very professional! I appreciate you helping me out, as I’m from out of state! God bless you

Didn't catch their names but the man and woman who helped me change a flat tire were quick, courteous, and professional. The rate was decent as well considering the circumstances. Will definitely reach out to them again in the future and recommend them to other people in need.

PLEASE read this because this review is 100% authentic and very true! I’m from CT and last night (5/27) for part of my daughters birthday I took a trip with the family to Nickelodeon in NJ. We had a BLAST! On the way back from NJ to CT I caught a flat somehow right on 95N, and I didn’t have a spare!! To say I was fearing the worst is an understatement (gotta get the car towed 200miles, having to take a bus/train home etc), it was one of the worst 30 minutes of my life. So then I calmed down and started to pray. God told me to call a tire place in the area (even though I’m not from the area). I called one company and the person unfortunately was no help, then my second call was to “Consistency Tires and Wheels” in the Bronx! In the first 20 seconds of the call I knew this company/owner was one of a kind! Customer service was exceptional, showed empathy etc..mom and pop type feeling for sure!!! They came to ME, 30 mins later with a stock BMW “wheel and tire”!!!!! Truly a blessing, best experience I’ve ever had customer service wise in my entire life! I’m an executive sales rep for Xfinity and customer service is at the very top of the list of what I do for a career, so if anyone knows the difference and value of GREAT customer service and attention to detail ..it’s me! “Luis and Glenny” (husband and wife) both came together to assist me, more like save me at 9pm last night! Unheard of in my book! If I lived in the Bronx I would only go to them for anything to do with tires and wheels. May God bless them, PLEASE support them ladies and gents. The small businesses are the real MVP’s and they showed it last night. Completely grateful and I wish you both (all) continued growth in your business and everlasting wealth. God bless you in the name of Jesus! ?????????????????????????????

I called Consistency Tires for a quote and within minutes I was helped by Luis. He reached out and sent me pictures and prices for both rims & tires. After I got my tires replaced I had a manor issue, I contacted Luis again and the problem was resolved. No extra charge at all. I will recommend this place. The workers are friendly and EXTREMELY helpful.
