had a deeply upsetting experience at this C-Town location with a manager named Carlito. I came in while 9 months pregnant, carrying multiple heavy items, and my total came to $9.80. Their policy requires a $10 minimum for credit card purchases. I understand policies are policies, but I kindly explained to Carlito that I was heavily pregnant, struggling with the weight, and didn’t want to add more items just to hit the $10 mark — especially when I truly didn’t need anything else.
Instead of showing any empathy or flexibility, Carlito coldly said “No.” When I pointed out that other supermarkets have made exceptions for me in similar situations, his response was, “Then go there.” No compassion, no understanding just rude and dismissive.
Being treated this way, especially in such a vulnerable moment, was incredibly disheartening. I’ve never felt so belittled in a grocery store.

If this is how they treat customers — pregnant or not — I will absolutely take my business elsewhere. And if you're looking for a place that values basic human decency, you should too.

They’ve had some reconfiguration of the store and have raised the prices to pay for it. They seem to be going for an upscale look and it does look slightly better but again it pretty much always comes down to prices and no matter how many times I decide to give it a shot I’m always disappointedly leaving empty handed. I mean let’s keep it real times are a little rough right now and I know that it’s a business but I think that working with the community will result in better rewards but hey what do I know 🤷🏽♀️ 2 stars for being clean and pretty

I wish I could put o stars went in there today to buy a few items had limited budget the money I had was not enough so I wanted to use my credit card the cashier was you have to spend 10 dollar minimum but if u have a bank card you could use it make no sense she pointed to a folded in sign that was ripped to say sorry that's there to say 10 dollar minimum post it on the door you why you won't it's illegal and you all don't follow that rule because I was there a few weeks ago and the other cashier had no problem but this one cashier will make you loose customers

I dislike walking into this supermarket. They think everyone a thief so they need to take your bag.
But they the thieves! All the items are overpriced nothing truly on sale if they put sale sign it is a 20cent discount. Btw the price still the same without the sale sign and still more expensive than other supermarkets in the area.
You need to spend $10min. to use Apple Pay or any credit or debit. The employee act as if you’re stupid but they literally fully grown adult working at the cash register or stock.
They barely speak English inside this market.
Overall it an inconvenience this ctown exist in the location.
