I have been a customer of CubeSmart for many years; but I must give credit to this wonderful group of employees you have in the location on Bartow Ave, Bronx NY starting with the Manager Daeni to the following employees William, Ruth, Michael, Omar, Benny & Junior; they are all wonderful; I had a situation with one of my units which I have two; but one of them their was a situation that had to be addressed immediately and from the Manager Daeni to her employees they accommodated me with their assistance; supplies and whatever I needed they were available to help me. I appreciate each and every one of them for their kindness, respect and going beyond to help me and get the issue resolved in a timely matter. I feel that Individuals like this should be highly recommended and recognized for the exceptional work that they do everyday to serve the public. I look forward to dealing with each and everyone of them when I go to storage. Thank you All for your service. Much Appreciated!!Ms. Yvette Richards

They got so crazy with their prices & damaged items when they had a fire in the facility & moved my items in storage to a unit that I would have not chose. Now I went to Extra Storage Space for better prices & facility.

2023 rented small space.Nice clean facilityExcellent friendly customer service.Rest room is clean but requires maintenance and “repairs” to make it a welcoming space. In addition to upgrading the appliances to a modern status.Overall I would give this cubesmart a B+.

Was switching from locations. Going from a 5x7.5 to a 5x8 thinking it was going to be larger. It turns out it was half size smaller. Very unsatisfied. Also claims it was climate control, negative my belongings would of gotten ruined how warm the Bartow Location is for its unit. Requested a refund.

I have had a storage unit with this company for years. What I don't like about them is their hours. They close at 8 and they raise their prices by 20 dollars every year. It's a ripoff
