I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received. From the moment I walked in, Hennessy went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Not only were they knowledgeable and efficient, but their attitude and professionalism truly stood out.
She took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question without rushing, and even helped me find the best deal for what I needed—without any pressure. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience. It’s rare these days to come across someone so dedicated, courteous, and helpful.
If every business had someone like her on their team, the world would run a lot smoother. Five stars aren’t enough, this was truly extraordinary service!

Henesy was very attentive and helpful, to have been working alone like in most storage facilities, she did not like that affect her customer service. She answered all your questions and did not try to rush you.

I reserved a unit at CubeSmart. I went over there and was greeted by a young lady who was very helpful. The unit was just what I needed. It was also clean and very comfortable.
