I had an excellent experience thanks to Juan. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my unit and the terms. His customer service skills really stood out—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful.

I had a few mishaps with my storage unit, and I can’t thank Ms. Juanita enough for the way she handled everything. From the moment I walked in, she was patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. She explained everything clearly, walked me through the process step by step, and made sure I left feeling confident that my situation was fully taken care of.
It’s rare these days to find someone who not only knows their job well but also cares enough to go the extra mile. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and positive one. Juanita P is an amazing agent in the location. She answered all my questions about my storage and made me understand very clear about the rate can change sometime but we will be notified 30 days prior and she was so knowledgeable and I wish we had more people that could show her customer services skills. I come from the retail world and she made sure find me all my information and I appreciate how she took her time with me even though she had more customers. Very pleasant and I hope to see her every time I walk in through the door. Hee smile and friendliness went a long way

Great experience at this location. I have been in this location for four, but Juanita was more than amazing. Walked in with out a registration and she did not hesitated to provide the best service and benefits. She helped me and my family in this last minute action. Thank you and thanks Juanita

They don’t have an onsite garbage for customers or atleast that what they keep telling me even though there are big dumpsters outside and they scream arrogantly and aggressively over the loud speakers when closing
