The service at CubeSmart was excellent! Carmen is fantastic, she goes above and beyond to make your experience seamless. There were a few challenges, she handled each one with care. The quality of service I received was superb!

The person who helped me at the location 1235 East Tremont cube smart, her name was Carmen. She was very helpful and straight to the point. If I didn't understand something, she repeated herself. I give her 5 stars.

I have had a unit with CS for just under 10 years & through all the mishaps & issues that arise, the Staff has tried their best to support me & my rental. I just recently downsized & Sandra was a wonderful help! She worked quickly & made sure I had what I needed while I moved my items. She was on point with the paperwork & even made a call to solve an issue with an old account. Her customer service was greatly appreciated! Shoutout to Ms. Carmen for leaving me in such great hands with Sandra.

I love the space and controlled temperature. Only problem are the rate increases with the rental. Which was not a bad $10. But then it had gone up $20 then $40 after the last few years until I had to close my account.

Do not take advantage of the free moving truck rental. Totally not worth it. Just rent a UHaul. Been waiting for this truck for 4 hours.

No climate control. Very rude employees. Inconvenient facility hours. And predatory storage prices that go up randomly.

I had to pay the monthly rent to cancel my lease. I was 9 days late and they didn't let me get my items until I paid the rent even though I was canceling the lease. I will be making a complaint with BBB and disputing the charge with my bank as well.

Cube smart staff was so nice and helpful made the service so much easier. Ms. Tracy is a delight she helped me find the storage that’s perfect for me especially because I had no prior knowledge either. She was patient and very welcoming.
