After making an error of selecting a CubeSmart too far from my residence and having to select one closer GOD guided me to the right direction and location. There awaiting to ease my mind and frustration was an Angel named Josue (Manager). He took care of me immediately. The next day, I returned to start moving in and was in need of assistance with accessing my unit and he provided me with a ladder. His professionalism and customer service is OUTSTANDING!! Thank you so much Josue and know that I truly appreciate you!

Awesome service ! as soon as i walked in i was greeted and helped with what was needed. the young man named Josue was very helpful he made sure i knew all the prices, the fees and even asked more question to make sure i understood. A lot of places need more people like Josue !!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING A STORAGE UNIT HERE. they sold my unit & auctioned off everything in my unit even though i was NOT behind on my payments or owed them ANY type of money. i will be getting an attorney so that i can sue & go about this the legal way!

Josue was extremely helpful to me and my family. (I'd rate 5 stars if it was based on his interaction alone) The elevators were out of service on the day we needed to move heavy furniture into our storage unit and Josue patiently problem solved with us. I appreciated his commitment to quality customer service.
However, I am deeply disappointment in the location manager. We requested to speak with her during this elevator outage and she was not present each time we visited and neither did she return any phone calls. This resulted in additional costs as we rented a UHaul for the move and had to keep the vehicle extra days until the outage was resolved.
