Cubesmart has been a lover saver for my things, the staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.
If I have an issue with anything with my storage they are always there to help.

On December 8th 2024 I contacted Cube Storage and spoke to a customer representative Amy for need of storage. I saw advertisement while on the #2 train heading home from work to West Farms Square.. I went to office spoke to Jay which I paid 2 months advance for storage. Very helpful, polite and professional.

CubeSmart is the worst. My uncle had thousands of dollars stolen out his storage here in the Bronx location (southern blvd) and nobody knows what happened could be an inside job. Another thing they do not have enough cameras funny thing they put another lock on it.

They charge a $12 convenience fee to make a payment over the phone and for me to avoid it I will have to go to my local storage to make the payment to avoid the convenience fee also their interest rates gets very high every year it doubles and triples as I see it there is no customer satisfaction

Overall it was a good experience. You need to update your hours listed online to reflect the hours of the storage facility that is being used by a customer.

Dishonest office. Do not rent from these guys.I booked a reservation in advance for a move-in on 7/31. I received an email saying they were holding the unit for me until 7/31. I called the store location to book the moving truck and they told me I had to submit the payment immediately to book the moving truck (there was a promo for a free truck rental). When I logged in, I noticed the lease start date was wrong- it showed that day's date, instead of the 7/31 requested. I was told by the store to just complete the payment to get the ball rolling and book the truck.Instead the lease was still written up with the wrong date, and I was charged for an extra week of storage, even though they acknowledge the reservation was made for a 7/31 date. Now they refuse to change the lease date or cancel the reservation. Meanwhile it was incorrect to tell me that I had to go and complete payment to book the moving truck.I've since booked with a different CubeSmart location with 0 hitches. Avoid this location.

The storage space is dingy, there is no lighting, plaster and cements chips and dust falls all over your belongings, the space you rent is not accurate, for example I was trying to upgrade from a 5’ x 10’ to a 10’ x 10’ but the space was more like an 8’ x 6’5” space, then the price was outrageous $287. I went to Extra Storage Space and got a 10’ x 15’ for $211, the storage space is like new and very clean, it has a light in the center, the space is exactly as advertised, staff are very courteous and helpful, the keypad works like a charm.

I went to CubeSmart on 1810 Southern Blvd in the Bronx and I had a great experience. The place was very clean and the staff were also very nice. I was helped by Ronald, which he did an amazing job in making sure I had all the proper information. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
