This is one of the worst CVS Pharmacies. I'm a patient care coordinator for a large hospital as a PCC we obtain authorizations for medications, we call the pharmacy to advise of approval, request new meds, ect. All they do is hang up the phone or never pick up. Absolutely no care for their customers and our patients.
If I could give less than a 0 star, that's what I would give.

Good service today at the CVS pharmacy the wait was less than 10 minutes which I was surprised! Keep up the good work!

Every time I pick up a prescription for 75mg, they mess up my order. They have to give me a 50mg and 25mg tablet to equal the 75mg prescription. They always read it wrong and fill only a 50mg. Then after waiting in a long line to pick up my prescription, I have to wait again while they correct the mistake. This has been happening monthly for over 2 years.

The clerk that checked me out on July 8, 2025 provided poor customer service. She refused to ring up my reese's candy at the pharmacy counter when I picked up my prescription. Instead she told me to join the line in the frint of the store to pay for my candy.

I use to like coming here but lately my experience has been horrible. Don't ever come here around noon. The staff as a whole will go on their lunch break, shut all stations down and you will not be able to retrieve your prescription. I was told that my refill would be ready in 15mins..after waiting for 20-25mins I was turned away and told to come back in an hr. I understand they need to take a break but that was not handled in a professional manner, so disappointing moving forward i will deal with them accordingly.
