Line are long for pharmacy and cashiers. Store manager is rude and ignores customers requests. You ring bell for assistance and nobody comes

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in history every time I call no one picks up they have the calls stay on hold. The pharmacist there is so rude and very unprofessional he talks to you like your nobody. He takes his time to fill the medication and the line to wait is so long. I would never return this pharmacy again.

I wish this place didn't exist. Always a long line with unmotivated workers. Bring back a friendly local pharmacy like our parents used to have.

Pharmacy don't be answering there phones. Been on hold for up to an hour or 45 minutes or the phone disconnected while on hold .

The minute clinic people here are nice and are one million times more helpful than the actually pharmacy. On hold for over 1.5 hours and no one picked up.

It's obvious the staff changed since 3 years ago because there's no way this CVS can get anything above 1 star. IT'S THE WORST AND UNACCEPTABLE when it comes to getting help from the pharmacy. The district manager and pharmacist need to do a better job!

This cvs is the worst I've ever been to. The pharmacy is always crowded, but there's multiple people behind the counter. It always takes them each like 10-15 minutes with each customer. There needs to be better processes and an updated workflow, so customers are in and out in a faster manner. Highly suggest that some training needs to take place so they know where to look for people's medication when they get to the counter. Additionally no one answers the phone. If someone would answer, it would save customer's some time and the pharmacy workers time so people are not wasting their time standing in line for medication that's not even ready to be picked up. Honestly do better. Truly hopes management, corporate or someone with actual power to make change sees this. I will also be sending an email directly to the person who oversees this location.

I don't normally write reviews, especially negative reviews. However, I feel compelled to write a negative review of the pharmacy at CVS located at 732 Allerton Ave. If i could rate them lower than one star I would in a heart beat. Recently, I took time from work to pick up a few prescriptions. With the price of medications being so expensive, I used my Good Rx app to get some coupons. The pharmacist who was "assisting" me seemed to become frustrated because I had coupons which would have lowered the price of my prescription lower than what she found. She outright told me to pick any coupon because she didn't have time to work with me and the coupons i presented. After being told that, I became frustrated and angry. I decided to walk out before I turned into Ken and start demanding to speak with her boss, I also had to get to work and did not have the time to make a personal complaint. When I called in the evening, i was on hold for 30 minutes, I ended up hanging up. I have decided I will not use this CVS or any other to fill my prescriptions. Good thing there is a Walgreen's up the street. I hope they will take better care of me as a customer.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. It's huge with multiple people on staff yet everything goes extremely slow & NO ONE answers the phone... ever! I've tried getting a hold of them for 4 days to inform them about reprocessing an approved medication & have had no success. I don't like bashing businesses but it's obvious this place is poorly run or under staffed for their volume. Switching over to another location asap!

It's always crowded. The cashiers will have you waiting at least 10 mins to open up the locked freezer (bc ppl steal). Too many crackheads and drug activity in the area. There's always something going on except FAST SERVICE. And they have attitudes when asked to do their job. I'm changing my pharmacy.
