The staff I have interacted with as of late over the phone are extremely rude, will cut you off, and hang up on you. This pharmacy also doesn’t give adequate notification if a prescription isn’t filled. You need better stag or better training, either way the disrespect and condescension needs to be addressed.
UPDATE: One pharmacist told me there was no response from my doctor about a different brand to fill my prescription. I contact my doctor - he says not only did he send an alternative but he’ll send the response a 2nd time. I immediately call back to the pharmacy- the 2nd pharmacist finds the response in NO TIME, not just the recently sent alternative but the first response sent in the first place. I had to reschedule the appointment this prescription is related to now- the doctors first response giving an alternative was sent earlier in the day, and the 2nd pharmacist said it was only going to take 15-20 minutes to fill. Had y’all seen the first one I wouldn’t have had to reschedule my appointment, I even left a message about his response and because I hadn’t received a call back yet I called the pharmacy. Only to be given the wrong info initially and then less than 10 minutes later told oh no we did we receive your doctors update TWICE and we can fill it today.

I’m very disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. My prescription was sent 24 hours in advance, yet when I arrived to pick it up I was told it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. To make things worse, they offered to transfer my prescription to a “24-hour CVS,” which in reality does not operate 24 hours. This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. A pharmacy should be more reliable and transparent, especially when it comes to time-sensitive medications.

Zero stars. Horrible wait times every time. I always thought this should be a better pharmacy in this neighbourhood, but it seems they are either understaffed or somehow it’s always moving at a slow pace. You need at least 20-30 min to pick up ur meds. The people who work here try their best, at least that’s my impression, but if you can - go elsewhere in manhattan or westchester

My only complaint about this store is the staff is limited and the day that I went only one cashier was open taking care all the service and consultation.

There's no way any of the positive reviews are real. This location is horrible and lazy! No reason why medication is on hold (after being told it'd be ready 3hrs prior to arriving), then stating that they're closing soon anyway. Another instance, saying a script wasn't sent in, but the Dr's computer said it was received by the pharmacy 🙄. Can't wait to find a new pharmacy.

Today when I went to pick up my scrip I was told iI would have to return in 15 minutes and I did not have to make a line I returned I was standing away from the counter made sure the technician can see me she called me I made my way to the counter To hear people complaining that I need to go to the back I let them know the tech gave me permission they were so rude out of line I had to defend myself and I’m a Senior no respect now I believe rules have to be made do this won’t happen again I might be looking for another pharmacy also various times I get a message my scrip is full when I get there it’s not true also I’m told I have no refills left when I get there and at home I read the label and there are refills
