So awful! I waited 2 hours on hold UNTIL THEY CLOSED and they never picked up. I have an rx that is nearly impossible to get right now, and was told by my rx company that CVS asked me to call so they could hold the med. That didn't happen because NO ONE ANSWERS THE EFFING PHONE. They are an hour away so showing up to have that conversation then coming back to pick up the next day is hardship.

I was in need of otc medication because my children and I are getting a little sick. The manager asked the security to follow us. I wasn't there go steal. I don't steal we work and we felt so bad that we were treated like that. Wow just wow never going there again!

The shelves are bare. No alcohol or peroxide. Some vitamins not all. The staff are rude or not knowledgeable. My experience.

If I could give it a zero I would, terrible customer service.2 of the employees were so racist and kicked me out because I looked like I was stealing.They deserve to be fired!!!They refuse to give me their names "cause they said so"This was one of the most uncomfortable cvs's I have ever went to.

This CVS is so ghetto. Only one of the employees is nice to me but he's there only on weekends. But I hate this CVS store so much. I'll tell you why. My mom walked in to buy some deodorants. But the shelf where the deodorants are usually placed are sealed by glass. So you need a key to unlock it. However, on this day, the glass door was opened and so of course, my mom took out a deodorant to buy. Suddenly, I heard yelling and I was surprised to see that it was the security yelling at my mom to put back the deodorants. Since my mom can't speak in English, I asked him what the problem was. I was genuinely confused. He says to me, not giving me any personal space btw, "these shelves are supposed to be closed, and she took a deodorant out". So I say "but she's not stealing it though? She's going to buy it and how would my mom know it was supposed to be closed?". He was basically yelling at us because my mom took out a deodorant from the shelf that some employee forgot to closed. Oh I'm sorry I came to this store to buy something. He made a scene, he could've told us that it was supposed to be closed and leave it at that. It's not our fault the glass door was opened. But alas, came a black woman and said "I don't know what's going on but I agree with him". Like what? If you don't know what's going on, why are you agreeing with him. Huh, then that's when things got worse. I told my mom that we should leave, and he was already angry. He then says something along the lines of "If she can't understand English, she shouldn't come here". Then he gets mad at me for calling him a racist. The manager didn't help at all. Anyway, this about sums up the store. The security also called me the h word, very professional. Then he says "I've worked with CVS for 30 years". Yeah, it definitely shows.
